I recieved a good deal. I am really pleased with the cadillac CTR. I thought i was going to get a better deal according to your enternet department. Eric the one who set up my payment plan was super, a very knowledgeable person a great person to work with.The sales person has only been with you a littler over a month. He is a real good person and he answered all our questions and explained the techicle stuff the cadillac has on the car. More
Although I did not receive a reasonable return call from the finance man, I was impressed by how quick he worked and provided us with all the information I needed. I have bought many cars in the past and have had really good sales people and nice finance people in the past; however, I have to say the two that helped us at Bob Moore Cadillac in Norman are the best of good sales people and nice finance people in the past; however, I have to say the two that helped us at Bob Moore Cadillac in Norman are the best of the best. I have never written anything or posted on line before about any Dealer, but I had to let everyone know that both Eric Hypes (Sales) and Eric Poston (Finance) are tops in their field. They exceeded every expectation we had and went out of their way to help us; even the Sales Manager went out of his way to make sure we were happy. We had our pre-approval letter going in with a great interest rate. We found the Cadillac SRX we wanted and were ready to buy. Eric in finance stated he could get us a better deal and we were leery, but thought we would let him show us what he could do. He got us a deal at 2% lower interest than what we had…saving us money in the long run and on our monthly payments...Great Job! We got ready to go and our Sales Person Eric walked us through everything to familiarize us with our new SRX. It wasn't clean enough and he had them take it to the back and clean it before we left. I am overall pleased with my experience and especially the with Colt in financing. He was instrumental in closing the deal and extremely helpful. Where I was disappointed in the dealership was in the the with Colt in financing. He was instrumental in closing the deal and extremely helpful. Where I was disappointed in the dealership was in the representation of the vehicle and the condition of the vehicle when I picked it up. I was a buyer from out of town and I rely on an accurate description on the vehicle from the salesman. I was told it was in excellent condition with no visible flaws and that was not what I found when I drove 3 hours to Norman. The vehicle had a dent in the rear bumper, the third row seat was broken, the front drivers seat leather had come loose and the foam was sticking out, the drivers power seat track was rough when the seat was moved up and back, the passenger seat leather was very worn to the point where the color had come off, and the console in front of the arm rest had a worn spot where the previous owner had something taped down and when removed had pulled off the finish. The back door seat areas were full of scratches in the leather, arm rest and back of front seat headrest. I have since had all of these items except the scratches and the dent repaired under warranty by a local Cadillac dealership but I feel all of these items should have been revealed and or addressed before I drove up to see the vehicle. I have come to expect top service from our Cadillac dealerships and that is the main reason I wanted to buy one again. I would have a hard time using your dealership if I lived in the area and this is your normal quality of service. Please note that my disappointment in the vehicle and its representation does not change my opinion of Colt in the finance department. I was very pleased with Colt's professionalism and knowledge regarding the purchase and finance of the auto. I came pre-approved with my own financing. The vehicle I purchased had not been very well prepared as far as it being detailed. After getting the car home and thoroughly looking over it, I found that wax had not been totally removed, there was soap or some type of residue in the door jams and under the hood, the interior, especially the trim appears to have been wiped down with an unclean cloth. The left window tint was damaged prior to my leaving the lot by unknown person who removed the car sticker. I had the window tint repaired myself once I got back to my home in Fort Smith, AR. I have contacted the Sales Person on three occasions and received responses for which I am pleased. Other than my contacting the Sales Person there has been no follow up from that person. I have had to initiate the communications. He did order me a front license plate mount and I contacted him a week later to see if it had come in. He advised it had and that he would send it to me FED-X. I received it but found that it did not come with screws or rivets that are required for proper installation. The car sticker outlining its features and price was not given to me, I can only assume that it was destroyed when it was removed from the window and the tint damaged. I like the Dealership and drove round trip 400 miles to purchase the vehicle. More
When I bought my brand new Cadillac, it was a great experience; however, when I went in for my first service appointment, the contract agreement of a loaner car was not honored. I am Active Duty Milit experience; however, when I went in for my first service appointment, the contract agreement of a loaner car was not honored. I am Active Duty Military and by law, my driver's license is valid while I am Active Duty. There is no valid reason for myself to get a new driver's license. I was also able to buy the car w/this law honored as well as have full coverage insurance from USAA (USAA covers the loaner car as well). The manager of the Norman service department was rude and would not even let me finish my sentence. He did not care what I had to say and didn't even try to contact the insurance company to see if it was even allowed because this is a different situation then he is obviously used to. I called the GM two days in a row and didn't even receive a call back. I am not impressed and I am letting my all my military friends know that Bob Moore Cadillac is not a military friendly dealership. Not pleased! More
These men saved me last night! It was after hours and I got a flat, and after changing my flat, my spare went bad also. So I pulled into Bob Moore just to get off of the road. Two men came out of the servi got a flat, and after changing my flat, my spare went bad also. So I pulled into Bob Moore just to get off of the road. Two men came out of the service department to check on me, and they offered to fix my tire for me even though they were off work and I was a crying mess! It was the best customer service I have ever experienced and I am so grateful for being in the right place at the right time! Thank you so much for all of your help! More
