All they repeatedly tell you is "we cant reproduce the problem". They had the vehicle 3 days when their service tech drove it into the customer pickup area and said " hold on, it's smoking and smells the problem". The advisor wouldn't take the word of his own employee. We brought it back again the next morning to hear the same thing, "we can't reproduce it". Within 25 miles of leaving the A/C stopped working, smoke rolled out from under the hood and it smelled very hot. Apparently, we, the owners reproduced it without difficultly. So basically, if it hasn't completely stopped working, don't waste your time with this shop. More

The finance office was organized and the process went pretty fast. The vehicle we purchased needed a little bit of body work and the manager agreed to do the repairs. The vehicle looked good when we got it back, except for one spot (the paint wasnt as shiny as I thought it could be; and a little orange peel). Very minor and they went out of their way to make us happy! We are extremely happy with our experience at Bob Moore and we will definitely buy from them again! More
