We gave the dealership and employees a great rating due to their friendliness and availability to answer questions and presentation of the Cadillac vehicles. We were unable to find a vehicle with the exte to their friendliness and availability to answer questions and presentation of the Cadillac vehicles. They suggested ordering the vehicle of our choice through the manufacturer and calling us to view the vehicle on arrival. We were very pleased that we did not have to make any suggestions about finding this vehicle. Ron used his experience and friendly attitude to take care of the matter for us. During the purchasing of our vehicle, we could not have found a more personable person than Adam Black. He did an excellent job in getting us the best car deal we have ever made.
