I am very pleased with my experience at Bob Moore. My salesperson (RON TENER) and finance person (JEFF CHILLCOAT) were both WONDERFUL, HONEST AND HELPFUL! I had bought a nice used car from Bob Moore Cadillac dealer, An Audi, A8. The car had a problem that was needing to be fixed. THe guys there were superior in handing this , they offered to repair the dealer, An Audi, A8. The car had a problem that was needing to be fixed. As the repair took a bit, since it was July 4th week, they loaned me a very nice Cadillac loaner. I was contacted by the sales department manager when I asked about the issue, he had me take in in, and the service manager took the car and had the repair done correctly. the car is excellent and rides and drives great. I comment the guys at the Cadillac dealership for taking care of me. And getting the car in top shape. I love the car and their service was outstanding . Reggie contacted me through out the repair and kept me informed of the status.. I appreciate the way they took care of me with a loaner made a great repeat customer . this is my second car from the Bob Moore Group. I have recommended them to all my friends, colleagues and will vouch for them being a 5 star sales, and repair team. I will be getting my daughters car from them when she is of age thanks guys, Jeff, Gary , Jerry, Steve, Shaun, Reggie, a great big thanks and I am very grateful for all their efforts to get my car repaired after I bought it. Purchased a Luxury SRX back in Feb 10 (still have it) from Bob Moore and Mr. Gibbs. I live over 100 miles away from OKC and have the opportunity to purchase my next caddy from other dealers closer to m from Bob Moore and Mr. Gibbs. I live over 100 miles away from OKC and have the opportunity to purchase my next caddy from other dealers closer to me but I will not do that because of my experience with Adran and Bob Moore. He has kept in touch over the years and I just recently was engaged in face to face conversation with him about when I think I will buy. Adran listened to my concerns and thoughts and did not give the "high pressure sales pitch" which is a total deal buster to me. I must admit it's a pain to drive to OKC for service but after my bettter half who purchased (2012) from Bob Moore Mazda and receives awesome follow up and routine service is well worth the drive. Does not thoroughly inspect their used vehicles. Bought my car needing obvious maintenance and some electrical work which were attended to. Several WEEKS later, was told it needed over $ 1200 worth of additional repairs that I would need to pay for. Don't trust these snakes, unless your in to that type of thing... More

Having purchased a number of new cars over a period of 40 plus years and having nearly of all my service performed at the various dealerships where I have lived, I have to say that Bob Moore is the best of t plus years and having nearly of all my service performed at the various dealerships where I have lived, I have to say that Bob Moore is the best of the best. Having an issue with your car or having to take the time to perform routine maintenance when you are busy is, of course, a nuisance, but the folks there at Bob Moore make what could be an ordeal into an all around pleasant experience.
