Bad all around We purchased a New Cadillac here in 2016, and have had nothing but problems since. The service department is Horrible. We took the car in within a year of buying it cause the head unit went bad, and were told they weren't surprised, as this was a Very common problem with our car. We took it another time due to a recall, and while it was in service, we asked them to go ahead and change the oil, since it was due a Week later, and they "forgot to change it" and had us pick up the car. When we realized their mistake, they told us to just bring it back again the next day. We had paid for the additional rim and tire coverage and when the sidewall of TWO of the tires blew out (on opposite sides of the car) with only 20k miles on it, we called the dealership. We were 30 minutes from the dealership and instead of them sending a vehicle to pick us up and having our car taken to the dealership, LIKE THEY WERE SUPPOSED TO, they gave us a phone # for a towing company. We waited 3 hours for the tow company and were told it would be $175. So, my husband called the dealership back to find out why we were receiving such bad service when we paid for the coverage, and they told him to DRIVE the car to the dealership in Norman if that was closer?? We live in Edmond and had out of state company coming to our house (who arrived at our house while we were sitting stranded.) My husband ended up driving the car himself, to the Edmond dealership. It was then we were told they made a mistake and should've come to get us and picked up the car themselves. SERIOUSLY? In addition, the receptionists/answering service for this dealership is the absolute worst. You will almost Never get in touch with the person you called for. You can expect to be transferred several times before being dumped into an empty mailbox, or get transferred to the Norman dealership, or be disconnected. It's the most frustrating thing to try to get someone from the dealership on the phone. The Manager I spoke with had Zero empathy, when I tried to voice our frustrations about the poor service. Not a single apology, not a single moment spent trying to reassure us he'd address the issues with the responsible parties. Nothing. We just bought Two cars this Saturday from another dealership in Edmond, and when we tried to call Bob Moore to cancel the additional packages we purchased from their finance department, we were put through the usual bad service loop. We left a message and no one called back by Monday. We called 4 times Monday morning before we could get on the phone with someone from Finance, who asked all the cancellation questions, but never sent the email for us to sign. We called again all afternoon, and finally, after speaking with the Manager AGAIN, we received the email, with the excuse that the dealership is busy selling cars 'cause it's the end of the year. Well, Bob Moore! You Could have sold TWO more to us, if you had better service. We (and our friends and family) will never buy from Bob Moore Cadillac again. More

Called the salesperson at Bob Moore in Edmond and was told sale of car was "as is". Had been told at the time of sale that the car had undergone a complete inspection and checked out fine. Untrue. We spent over $1500 repairing the two major problems. 6 more to go!! After nagging them to death, the general sales manager made a good will gesture which we appreciated. We will not do business here again. More

She partners with co- worker Adran Gibbs who was very knowledgeable and courteous. They would not come off the asking price, but did have a lower doc fee than most dealerships. Overall, a pleasant car buying experience. More

They had brought up the vehicle from their Norman, OK store for me to test drive. I had waited for it several days. It had not been detailed and it was filthy inside. Also, it had a huge crack in the windshield. When I was waiting for the salesman to help me, a third salesman came up and was very rude to me. The first salesman drove up a used Chevy Cruze and I said I'm not looking for a sedan. The third salesman said "Well, you don't really know what you are looking for", in a rude tone. The first salesman was supposed to call me when they got the windshield fixed and the SUV detailed. He never did. A few days later, the car was removed from their website. They tried to intimidate me with three salesmen. They tried to get me to look at a totally different kind of car. They lied about calling me back. And one salesman was just downright rude. I would recommend you not shop here alone. Actually I would not recommend this dealership at all. There are other ones nearby that treat you with respect. This store taints the other stores associated with the name Bob Moore. Their saying is Respectfully, Bob Moore. But they were anything but respectful the day I shopped here. Disrespectful Bob Moore. Initially I spoke with Thomas Maassen about putting a deposit on the car and flying in the next morning. I was told they dont take deposits but if I could show proof that I purchased a plane ticket they would hold the car until the next morning. I immediately booked the ticket and sent thomas the screenshot as proof. 30 min later I got a text from thomas saying someone was going to wire money for the car and I was going to loose it unless he backed out. The wire transfer went through and I lost the car and the $288 I spent on a plane ticket. When I called thomas he said that Justin Chilcoat (used car manager) changed the rules and there was nothing he could do. I called justin and he blamed thomas for miscommunication with me. This dealership and managment is unethical and will say anything. DO NOT TRUST THEM. More
BUYER BEWARE !!!! This dealership is nothing short of shady!! They sold me a car for more than the advertised cost (advertised for $45,000) AFTER I told them I did !!!! This dealership is nothing short of shady!! They sold me a car for more than the advertised cost (advertised for $45,000) AFTER I told them I did not want the key fob replacement because of the cost. I had to fight with the finance man and his manager (TIM) until they told me they took it off. Come to find out they threw it in my loan on the contract under the CASH PRICE section! CASH PRICE WAS SUPPOSED TO BE THE $45,000!!!!! Not the $46,095 the put on my contract. They added in an additional $1095 FOR KEY REPLACEMENT I SAID I DID NOT WANT! I called them and confronted them about it and they told me they were not at fault. Now, I'm stuck with a higher payment than I should have AND will be paying interest on the amount financed into the loan when it should have never been added in the first place. A bunch of money hungry, no moral employees. I have contacted a lawyer, the OTC Department of Used Motor Vehicles to begin their investigation as well as Cadillac so they can investigate the dealership. Nothing but great things to say about my salesperson, Mark Lee. Such a shame the dealership would do someone this way. Never let your guard down when going into financing. They will take you for all that they can. Maybe had they offered to reimburse me for the money I now will be out in interest for the money added into my loan when I said NO things would be different. Instead they played the "We did nothing wrong" card. PATHETIC More
