Family friendly Cory worked with us while we were at the dealership. He was very helpful in the process. Everyone who was working at the dealership was very understan Cory worked with us while we were at the dealership. He was very helpful in the process. Everyone who was working at the dealership was very understanding of our children's ages (3 and 4). The Kids started out calm but as the night went on they were getting anxious as children do running and playing. Towards the end our son was hungry tired and cranky. Everyone did everything they could to make the process as quick as possible so we could take care of him. In the process of moving things from our old car to our new one I forgot to get the garage door opener and some other things off the visor including a gift from my husband's grandma. We were on our way home when I realized we didn't have the garage door opener we turned around and had no issues getting it back. It wasn't until we got home we realized we left the pin from my husband's grandma. I emailed Cory and told him what I had forgotten. I asked if there was anyway it could be put aside when the car was cleaned and not thrown away. I understood if they couldn't do that. Cory emailed me saying he would get it first thing in the morning and when he did get it he emailed me to let me know he had it. He went above and beyond for us. More

Terrible dealership. I wouldn’t even do one star if I could. This shop is by far the worst dealership I have ever dealt with. First of all, I spent hours in the shop waiti I wouldn’t even do one star if I could. This shop is by far the worst dealership I have ever dealt with. First of all, I spent hours in the shop waiting for them to get anything done. Once we had a deal, it still wasn’t what we were looking for to begin with, but after sitting in the shop from almost open to close, for a couple days, we finally accepted. I purchased a Mitsubishi Outlander Sport with only 21 miles on it, 2017.. well not even 12 hours later, I was heading to Florida (one of the reasons I bought the car to begin with) - I have three great pryneese pups and they’re huge, and was bringing them. 3 hours into my trip to Florida my “service transmission immediately” light came on. So I pulled over. Turned off my car. And turned it back on and continued driving. Not even two minutes go by, and The light comes on again as well as the check engine light. So I decide to call the sales man that I bought The car from (John) and he decided to laugh at me as I was in complete panic and crying. Then had the GM (Patrick) talk to me and he laughed at me as well and told me that he was going to send a tow truck and that me and my 3 dogs had to “ quote on quote” “get your butt in tow truck with your three dogs and go to Myrtle beach” ( an hour and a half away). Meaning he wanted us to sit in the car as it was being towed. I told him I didn’t feel comfortable with that considering we were pretty much being held on by a rope and it’s highly illegal to have any living thing in a vehicle that’s being towed. And he pretty much said that we wouldn’t get caught in that would be OK and proceeded to laugh at me as well.. once again, I’m hysterically crying. I told him that I needed a rental because that shouldn’t be happening to my brand new vehicle. And he completely refused. Until seven hours later once an attorney was brought up by my mother. I sat in a very unsafe spot, and is a 25-year-old girl with three dogs that wasn’t OK in my book. The roadside assistance that they oended up sending out, a tow company where the man was completely sexually harassing me. Which I kept the texts. And left me and the dogs on the side the road for about an hour until enterprise could finally come get me. 7 hours of being broken down and laughed at, finally came to an end. So after 19 hours I finally made it to Florida. I would never recommend Bob Mills Mitsubishi to anybody. It was one of the worst experiences I’ve ever had and I would hate for somebody else have to go through it. More
