Not our problem!!! My problem began the day I bought a vehicle from Bob Mills Mitsubishi. I noticed the tire pressure light was on during my test drive. I asked about it My problem began the day I bought a vehicle from Bob Mills Mitsubishi. I noticed the tire pressure light was on during my test drive. I asked about it. They said it would go off after driving it. They also told me I had a bumper to bumper warranty for a year! After asking them about fixing it later, they said it wasn't covered under the warranty. I took the vehicle to the actual vehicles manufacturers dealership and they pinpointed the issue immediately. Bob Mill's Misubishi was not willing to fix the problem. I will not ever trust this dealership or recommend them. Terrible service and customer care!!!!! More

Super easy to talk to and personable, I immediately felt at ease. I told him about my situation with self employment and he felt the could make it work with financing. Negotiating was easy and getting approved was even easier thanks to Rick and Chris!! No stupid games played at this dealership. They even helped take my rental car back to enterprise. They truly made the experience easy and best of all, I got to drive away with the Mercedes Benz SUV with 3rd row that I needed! More
