I can’t believe this actually happened. I’ve never been as mad as I am right now. Never go to Bob Mills Mitsubishi in Jacksonville. We were thinking about buying a truck there and went through the whole process, but the monthly payment was going to be too high. so, we declined the offer and the salesman went and told his Sales manager. The sales manager then proceeded to yell very loudly about how if we couldn’t afford that extra $30 every 2 weeks then we couldn’t even afford gas on it and was yelling about us very rudely and loudly to his salesman.The price was outside of our maximum budget we had set beforehand. But they were literally yelling and shaming us for it. They proceeded to call us repeatedly after we left and we kept telling them we would not do business with them because of that. But they CONTINUED to call. Worst experience ever. More
