Bob Maxey Lincoln - Service Center

Does anyone work here? Service department had my car for one and a half days. Vehicle brought in for minor warranty work and an oil change. ( Not to complicated, Is it?) Pur Service department had my car for one and a half days. Vehicle brought in for minor warranty work and an oil change. ( Not to complicated, Is it?) Purchased Lincoln here with the promise of a free loaner whenever needed. No loaners available on day one. (Brought vehicle in 8:00am). Day 2-same story-no loaners. Noon, second day, they have had my car now for a day and a half. Guess what they have completed on it so far... NOTHING!!! Went to pick it up shortly thereafter. Service Department response ....sorry,that’s it, unbelievable! More

5 year old Lincoln rusting I took my 2012 Lincoln MKZ in for bumper work and asked them to look at the edge on both back doors as it was bubbled with rust. I was told that Bob f I took my 2012 Lincoln MKZ in for bumper work and asked them to look at the edge on both back doors as it was bubbled with rust. I was told that Bob from service cleaned it off and there was no rust. Such a BS report; it is almost rusted thru to the outside of the door. Just trying to protect Lincoln I guess. Note, the car has been garage kept. More
