I just purchased my second Lincoln MKX/Nautilus from Bob Maxey. My salesperson, Jolie, was terrific in every way. It is nice to deal with someone as competent and enthusiastic as she was. We test drove the new car to make sure it fit into our garage, which it did. I was unsure about how I would like having a car which shut down the car at each red light, but it has been no problem at all. As soon as you lift your foot from the brake, the engine quietly starts and automatically drives. Joe in the service department is great at handling service and maintenance. I believe I will always drive Ford cars because this company is so willing to engage in helping the Detroit and Michigan community, which I appreciate and want to support. More
The lug nut lock was broken before I took it in for The Works. They said just bring it back when I get the new lock and they would be happy to do a quick tire rotation - priceless!!!! As a first time Maxey customer, I am impressed. When my car was recently in for service, although it took a while, I was provided with a loaner and was comfortable and satisfied. My only issue is that whe car was recently in for service, although it took a while, I was provided with a loaner and was comfortable and satisfied. My only issue is that when my car was delivered upon purchase, there was a 911 assist message on my screen. Because neither the delivery person nor myself knew what it meant, I drove my car that way for several months until there was a recall, at which point this was discovered.. That should not have happened I’m not sure if the sales people need more instruction or maybe this was a fluke. All in all, so far i am very pleased with my purchase and with Maxey. More
