Our sales person, Mark Shampine, was friendly, knowledgeable and great to work with. All of the transactions went smoothly and quickly - from the test drive to pick up of the new vehicle. Worst experience in having a car serviced in 50 years. Unresponsive for day and half on status of repair. Only after I called a second time and told them I was picking the car up because they had not call Unresponsive for day and half on status of repair. Only after I called a second time and told them I was picking the car up because they had not called me, did they call back 20 minutes later to say they had looked at the tires and were going to charge me $129 for the review. Then the Service Manager berated me when I told the service person I was pissed off about their poor service. More
