Have case#42634203 as of 5/4/23 trying to figure the upgraded rims to put on 2023 Escape ST Elite. My guy, Dan purchased for me, Audrey Becker with me as co owner. They reordered rims what dealer has listed for 5,000.00. We had replaced from original ones. They made us keep and said we have to resell after 2nd set was put on that we paid $5,000.00 for....and they're Still not what is shown on model when you do the "build your car" option and pics of ALL BLACK rims. Dealer sales staff says they have been working on for 3 weeks now to find correct style?. I dont even want to drive this car without the correct rims. Took us over a year to save for this car which will probably be the last car i drive at my age. Not a happy customer right now. Audrey Becker More
