Recently purchased a used 2022 Ford Mach-E from Bob Maxey Ford of Howell. The sales rep Aaron was great and helped answer all of my questions and walked me through the features on the vehicle. The sales process was equally pain free and quick. During the walk through Aaron showed us where the mobile charger for the vehicle was in the trunk of the vehicle and we took delivery of the car the next day. When we drove the car home we found out there was just a bag and one adapter and no charger in the vehicle. When we called the dealership to ask about the charger we were told by the used car manager Dan Duey there was nothing they could do for us. We expected the mobile charger to be in the vehicle as it was standard equipment on the car and the sales rep showed us it was part of the vehicle during the tour the day prior. The mobile charger was also listed on the sticker for the car and the options on the website. The dealer came back and offered to sell us a charger at half the retail price the next day but needless to say we were very disappointed and would recommend others to do business with other ford dealers instead. More
