Reason for 4 stars is the vehicle's transmission stutters and slightly misfires occasionally when going from 4th to 5th gear which I spoke about and was assured it would be taken care of when picked up. I understand it is a business and they did fix ball joints and brakes as they said they would. Overall good experience and a friendly staff. More

While the finance manager is very nice, they ran my credit with multiple lenders. I understand this is common practice and they were trying to get us approved at the best rate possible and appreciate that, but, to date, I have already received close to 20 letters from lenders. My credit score has taken a huge hit for all of the inquiries. More
