Worst experience. Past loyal customers (purchased our previous 6 vehicles here) and sadly, will never return. Purchased a brand new 2019 mustang and after getting it home, within 24 hours of owning it, previous 6 vehicles here) and sadly, will never return. Purchased a brand new 2019 mustang and after getting it home, within 24 hours of owning it, discovered that there was standing water on rear floor board (later found to be an A Pillar leak) - I was told by Mr Maxey that they would be “repairing and returning” my vehicle to me. Let me clarify- the vehicle was manufactured over a year prior meaning it’s leaked from a pillar every times it’s rained for a YEAR+ and has 80 miles on it and I owned it for 24 hours !! And the repair required removing counsel, all seats, a pillar panels the windshield the door panel, replace carpet and put all back together- - Not to mention they were completely skipping over the fact that there was STILL standing water between the metal on floor board and where it got under the first layer Nor were they addressing The fact that the airbag sensors and all the electrical components in modulars underneath the floor and seat we’re all sitting in standing water,( I have pictures of the water marks)... and this is a car in supposed to just let them tear apart and put back together - have for weeks all while I’m paying a car payment and insurance in a brand new vehicle that I can’t drive and has immediately depreciated value. It is my opinion that Mr Maxey did not handle or address the situation properly. He lost a very loyal customer not only due to what he didn’t do- but also the person he was being through the process. I’ve never experienced such poor conflict management or situational remediation at this level of business. disappointed, is an understatement and it’s unfortunate. I ended up having to take matters into my own hands and address this at the highest levels with Ford, on my own, to get what we should of been offered (& what I asked for from the beginning) - what we paid for- a NEW vehicle, free of issues!! I was able to do so with no help from Bob Maxey- and of my own accord. Sadly, upon pick up of the replacement You’d think that ANYONE from upper leadership or management would be inclined to come over and apologize or shake our hand and acknowledge our experience... or .. anything at all.... nope. We won’t be back and won’t recommend anyone else to go there either and that’s too bad, as we truly love our salesman. He’s always taken good care of us. We will be taking our business elsewhere. Buying a car is never easy I determined to do research until I found exactly what I wanted. I spend hours on line over the past 6 plus months and selected the Ford Fusion Hybrid because of the information I discovered in my research. It was a bit bigger that I wanted but that was not a deal breaker for me. I wanted a certified used car because I felt I could trust the information about it to be comprehensive and accurate. So I narrowed my search then by milage, whether a car had been in an accident, what it had been used for, how many owners it had had, and how old it was. The one with the most attractive history was from Bob Maxi Ford. The experience was easier than I expected as my contact did all he could to accommoate me. he even drove the car here for me to look over and test drive. Howell to Eastpoint is not a hop-skip and jump trip. So, I didn't have to drive all over God's creation to look for a car. I did it right here at my kitchen table. I've been driving the car now for a couple of weeks and I have to say, I love it. Thank you Bob Maxey for helping me. More

Dumbfounded! I had my oil changed and well two days later I went into the back seat and found a brand new oil filter still in the box laying on the seat. I didn't I had my oil changed and well two days later I went into the back seat and found a brand new oil filter still in the box laying on the seat. I didn't call and ask due to the problem I had with my truck that I had taken in on the same day. They kept my truck for three days to trouble shoot the air conditioning not working. Dropped it off on Friday and agreed they could keep it until Monday. His reasoning for wanting to keep it until Monday was to troubleshoot, which sounded very reasonable. When I didn't hear anything by 5 pm on Monday I called and was informed they hadn't even looked at it and was informed they had all the time they needed! I informed them no that was not the case. The service person then gave a bunch of excuses which I interrupted him and said I needed to go on a trip when will you look at it. He informed me first thing Tuesday. The service person called me Tuesday morning around 10 am and informed me the a/c was low on fluid, they filled it re-pressuredized it or whatever they do and the truck was ready! During the whole time I communicated with the service person I felt like I was talked to like I didn't know a thing about anything and I could tell it was a massive snow job. Well after the issue with my truck I didn't want to go through that again. I ended up taking my car to a reputable auto mechcanic who couldn't tell if the oil filter installed on the car was new or not because of the weather we have had. The oil on the dip stick look ok he said but then again he couldn't tell. I had to go on a trip so will have the oil changed again when I get into Virginia. So as of now I don't know if the oil was changed or not! More
I scheduled multiple things to be taken care of on my vehicle, I didn’t get a rental car so I had to use their shuttle service. I needed my car back in time to pick up my daughter from school, which they vehicle, I didn’t get a rental car so I had to use their shuttle service. I needed my car back in time to pick up my daughter from school, which they noted but then I ended up being the one calling them asking about the status of my vehicle. They didn’t order two parts needed for my vehicle which they were aware of so I will need to return and this was on October 28th, still haven’t heard from anyone and I’m sure I will not. More
