Was doing a pre-approval, got insurance for the vehicle. Got cash from the bank, putting 50% down cash. All of a sudden, the vehicle "didn't pass safety inspection" and no longer available. They said they are going to "Wholesale" the car instead. i actually used to work at this dealership. How did the car get to the inventory without an initial inspection? I asked for the safety inspection report but was told that it was going to be sent over. But i haven't received the report. This was a simple bait and switch case. These are the names and the faces of the individual's that I was doing business with that choose to lie to me over the phone instead. More
I brought my car in for an oil change and to look for a leak. I had a morning appointment that I was early for and they did not start working on it until the next day. My service advisor was not able to explain what was going on, went to the dealership on Thursday and spoke with the technician and was better able to understand the issue. The technician was great. Car has always been serviced at the dealership, I will probably go to a different dealer to purchase my next new car because of the terrible service department at Bob Maxey. More

No nonsense, very professional, courteous attendant to the customer's wants and desires. They are willing to work a deal and make sure the vehicle that you want is the one that they obtain from either the the customer's wants and desires. June 26, 2024 I got my F150 back. I was charged ~$1250 fix my A/C. The A/C compressor started squealing as soon as I started to use the A/C. I called my service rep twice now and he has not to called me back. The service manager called me after writing this review. Apparently the Dealership voicemail is not accessible to employees and the credit card system was down when my repair was done so I have not received a receipt with the description of the work completed. I am raising my review from 1 to 3 stars but will modify/raise my review again after the issue is resolved. Prior to this appointment I had a couple good experiences with this dealership and I trusted the dealership when I took my truck there. More
