June 26, 2024 I got my F150 back. I was charged ~$1250 fix my A/C. The A/C compressor started squealing as soon as I started to use the A/C. The shaft and pulley are not spinning prop I was charged ~$1250 fix my A/C. The A/C compressor started squealing as soon as I started to use the A/C. The shaft and pulley are not spinning properly. I called my service rep twice now and he has not to called me back. The service manager called me after writing this review. Apparently the Dealership voicemail is not accessible to employees and the credit card system was down when my repair was done so I have not received a receipt with the description of the work completed. I am raising my review from 1 to 3 stars but will modify/raise my review again after the issue is resolved. Prior to this appointment I had a couple good experiences with this dealership and I trusted the dealership when I took my truck there. More

Took my new 2024 Maverick for its first oil change back on 5/31/24. I brought it in with only 3000 miles on it I just wanted the oil and filter changed nothing else as it wasn’t ready for a tire rotation. on 5/31/24. I waited over 90 minutes for the service and I got up to look to see if it was in the parking lot when finished it was so I went to the service desk the advisor kind of looked surprised to see me I wondered if he forgot that I was in the waiting room. The dealership offers a complimentary car wash with any service it did a very poor job cleaning it I went and asked for them to wash it again which they did. This is the second time I have had not so good experience with the service department the first incident was with my wife’s Escape. I think it’s time for me to find another dealership. More
