The extended warranty sold to me is not worth the paper it's written on! I have spent over $120,000 with Bob Maxey and Ford Motor Company in the last 7 years. Because of their poor design, they say the e it's written on! I have spent over $120,000 with Bob Maxey and Ford Motor Company in the last 7 years. Because of their poor design, they say the extended warranty does not cover the repair. To add insult to injury, it took 4 days to get the parts and they never offered a loaner vehicle due to the delay. To make matters worse, they never washed my F-350 even though their sign out side of the service department says that every vehicle is washed after service. I will NEVER buy another Ford product again! More

On January 20th of 2021My wife took here 2013 escape in On January 20th of 2021 My wife took here 2013 escape in for a routine oil change. While it was there she had asked for the brakes to be inspected be On January 20th of 2021 My wife took here 2013 escape in for a routine oil change. While it was there she had asked for the brakes to be inspected because the brake fluid light was on. I called them the next day To inform the that the oil service light had not been reset and that the dip stick was approximately 1 quart low. Then i informed the manager that the right rear brake caliper was leaking and that in had failed. I was told that the lube technician were not certified mechanics. My question then was why are they inspecting safety critical components on my wife's car. The report they gave my wife had all green checkmarks, including the brake system. Be pacific when asking for an inspection for something more than a oil change. Asked for a certified mechanic. Dave More
