I brought my car in for an oil change and to look for a leak. I had a morning appointment that I was early for and they did not start working on it until the next day. I dropped the car off Tuesday morning leak. I had a morning appointment that I was early for and they did not start working on it until the next day. My service advisor was not able to explain what was going on, went to the dealership on Thursday and spoke with the technician and was better able to understand the issue. The technician was great. Car has always been serviced at the dealership, I will probably go to a different dealer to purchase my next new car because of the terrible service department at Bob Maxey. More
