I was not 100% satisfied, I had my car for a month and had to get a transmission. It was in the shop for 2 wks, a 2020 Ford Fusion transmission should have not have went out after a month .I was very disa had to get a transmission. I have been going to that dealership for years, even before it was Bob Maxey, because Derrick Johnson has been my salesman for over 20 years. I have always gotten good, dependable service. Now that he is no longer there, I use Art Miller. When I was working, which was 10 minutes from the dealership, I would drop off my car in the morning, get their shuttle to work, and pick it up that afternoon. Now that I have retired, I live 20 miles away, but still go there for service. More
