Started off rocky with Sales due to missed appointment but after escalations with the manager to the owner, they did help to compensate. However, this may not be due to the dealer but from Ford production or software update. Overall, this was my first Ford experience and unfortunately was not the same level of satisfaction when comparing to my previous lease experiences with Chevy Trucks and Mercedes. More

I was not 100% satisfied, I had my car for a month and had to get a transmission. It was in the shop for 2 wks, a 2020 Ford Fusion transmission should have not have went out after a month .I was very disa had to get a transmission.
