Eddie saved the day I located a specific vehicle through a third party online search engine and confirmed with a salesman at Bob Luegers that it had the specific attribut I located a specific vehicle through a third party online search engine and confirmed with a salesman at Bob Luegers that it had the specific attributes I needed, and that the price was within negotiating range for my wife and I to justify making the trip up from Kentucky. Upon arriving, the salesman that I emailed back and forth with who confirmed all of my questions apparently had made a mistake and the vehicle that they actually had was not a match. Additionally, that salesman was not able to make it into work that day. Eddie Luegers stepped in to help us out and searched the inventory to find another vehicle similar to what we were looking for and was able to adjust the price down near what the target vehicle would have cost. My wife and I would never normally be "upsold" on anything and would have left most places as soon as the initial mixup was discovered, but Eddie Luegers was so helpful, pleasant, honest and forthright that the experience turned out to be a pleasurable one, and my wife and I now own a vehicle we are very happy with. I'm pleased that we made the trip up to Jasper and made our purchase at Bob Luegers. Their willingness to do everything they can for their customers made the experience a great one.
