I was looking for an Audi A6 when I saw the advertisement for one. We drove up and test drove it, the salesman, Mark Gudorf was honest that he had limited knowledge of Audis. We came back few days later, paid cash for the car, Mark helped with the process. The only complaint that I have is that the car only had one key FOB, and that it started malfunctioning after leaving the lot, including after changing the battery. I contacted the dealership, spoke to the parts dept, and the salesman the following day, as we bought the car at closing hours. The end result is that I will now be taking the car to Audi, to have them either replace the FOB or reprogram it at out of pocket cost. More
