Not intending to buy yet to do a bit of "baseline shopping." There was only one (that I know of) that fit our criteria, so I truly did not think we would be buying. He showed us the vehicle, 2022 Terrain Denali and many of the bells and whistles. What really attracted us was lo/no road noise and all the safety features. The next day, we went to Evansville to "shop around" and left frustrated by our experience of "being sold to" and being given all sorts of known "car salemen's tactics" that have given "car salesmen" a bad rap. We called Dallas back and knew we wanted the 2022 Terrain Denali. No pressure from him or the owner; no sales gimmicks - just heard our needs/wants and responded accordingly.
