We bought a car site-unseen from Kyle and had it delivered to the airport in Nashville for me to drive it home. Flying out to pick it up was remarkably smooth and the delivery folks were very professional. Kyle followed up great even after the sale and helped us work out a few details. Oh and I found them through CARS.COM where there was a "chat with the dealer" option. This popped up a picture of Kyle and he was immediately available to talk to me. We began our day of vehcile shopping at Bob Luegers. We stopped by before heading out of town to see what they had. Mark Gudorf came out and offered information about the vehicles we were looking at. After a long day of shopping at car lots out of town, we called Mark on his home number and asked to see the Dodge Journey Monday morning. Mark had it ready when we arrived. We purchased it that same day. We were also very pleased with the fact that there were no additional fees (as we had seen at the out of town car lots). Later that night, I discussed the vehicle with my wife, and we went back on Wednesday, June 1, 2011 and purchased the Envoy. Since the purchase of the vehicle, we have received 2 e-mails from Jeff Teder as well as 1 phone call,making sure we are pleased with the vehicle and to ensure that we have not had any issues with it. We also received an e-mail from Dave Lueger thanking us for the purchase and asking that we contact him or Jeff if we had any questions or concerns. This was the best buying experience we have ever had when purchasing a vehicle. The staff was friendly and never pushed us at any point to buy anything. They made sure we were comfortable with the vehicle before we left the lot by answering all of our questions about settings, warranty, etc. We have recommended Bob Luegers to several of our friends and family.
