Outstanding customer service by Linzy Fuller! I came in to have air put in my tires because I was traveling the next day and the low tire pressure sensor had come on. Linzy quickly realized that I I came in to have air put in my tires because I was traveling the next day and the low tire pressure sensor had come on. Linzy quickly realized that I had a puncture in one of my tires. He was so pleasant and knowledgeable. My tire was fixed and I was on my way within minutes. Speedy service I was informed upon arrival that in addition to my oil change I had a repair needed for a recall. It was nothing crucial but I was at first concerned I was informed upon arrival that in addition to my oil change I had a repair needed for a recall. It was nothing crucial but I was at first concerned that it would take a lot of extra time. Instead the waiting time was a lot shorter than I expected. Also, the waiting room is a very pleasant area with a place you can talk on the phone without bothering others. Also, I appreciate the nice selection of magazines, the friendly face at the refreshment counter, and the knowledge of my service technician, Steele. Honda does customer service very well. It is a nice change of pace to talk to people who make eye contact and smile. Thank you! More

Enjoyable experience Both of my CRV's were due for an oil change, so rather than having to bring them out separately, she offered to drive one for me, so we had them both Both of my CRV's were due for an oil change, so rather than having to bring them out separately, she offered to drive one for me, so we had them both done back to back. My sister was totally floored by how nice the service area and waiting areas are. I was so proud of my Honda dealership!
