Kudos to Mike McAtee, salesman extraordinaire, at Bob Lindsay Honda. I have a long history of buying vehicles from Mike. That is for one reason, I trust him. I know that he will do everything in his power to make my buying experience the best it can be. In my latest purchase, a 2020 Honda Passport Touring, I selected the vehicle right off the showroom...crowded showroom. Mike handled the logistics of removing the vehicle off the floor with ease and then making sure that it was prepped and ready to go in a timely fashion. I had a couple follow up items after I got home that Mike took care of quickly. Mike's dedication to seeing that his customers are satisfied is why I keep coming to back to him. Amazing experience My Honda Civic had a factory issue wherein the AC compressor was faulty and I had to suffer with no air and 90 degree temps. They put me on a list to My Honda Civic had a factory issue wherein the AC compressor was faulty and I had to suffer with no air and 90 degree temps. They put me on a list to get the repair done, because there was a nationwide shortage of the parts due to Covid closing down the parts manufacturer. I received a call from BLH that the part had come in way earlier than they told me! I was thrilled to get the service work done and be driving in cool comfort! Way to go, BLH! More
