We purchased new vehicle. Jeff was our salesman and was very easy to work with. Straightforward. Not very happy about trade in amount we received. I recently had to buy a new crv after mine was totaled in an accident. My new car began experiencing issues after only a few months being driven. It took three times for them to figure out the issues and fix an accident. My new car began experiencing issues after only a few months being driven. It took three times for them to figure out the issues and fix it properly. During this time and because of this reason, I was in an out of work for a few weeks, sick from the stress and inconvenience and had 3 different loaner vehicles. During the last week of my car being fixed the loaner vehicle was damaged. When the dealership was informed of the damage it was handled but I wish I felt more positive about the situation. I feel that the service department does their job and handles their customers well. What I feel negatively about was how I felt talked down to and felt treated like a child. Information was not necessarily provided to me easily and I felt like I had to get others involved to get the answers I needed. This has been a horrible situation and chain of events that should have never happened to begin with. I don't feel as if any of them are bad people but it felt condescending the way I was spoke to and treated in some instances, and I wish I felt more positive about the experience. More
