This morning my car wouldn't start and that's not a fun way to start the day. Chris Schultz, tow truck driver, went out of his way to help me get my car working and at as low of a cost at possible. a fun way to start the day. He determined that the battery was bad and instead of towing my car into the shop, incurring an unnessasary charge, went back to the shop and brought back the battery. He came to my work to pick up the car keys several times throughout the process and even delivered my car too me after he was finished. Chris Schultz went above and beyond in his customer sercive and was friendly and professional. He shared with me that Beaverton Honda wants to support their customers and treat them right. I have definately experienced that today. This afternoon my car is working and I am so thankful to Chris Schultz and Beaverton Honda for all their help! More

Matt was really helpful when I came in with my acura. I was advise by a coworker that he has his car serviced at Beaverton Honda by Matt and he was very satisfy. So I have to check it out. He was on his lunch and I waited for like 15mins but it was worth it. When he came in to the room he was very friendly and very straight to the point. He make me feel I can trust him. I told him that my cars been making weird noises he ask if he can drive me car. When he came back he advice that my ball joint or something like that cause the problem and he also notice my brake was having squeaking and show me the price and ask if I want to have it fix. He notice he ask instead of telling me what I need to do very nice. I ask if I should do both, he said the ball joint or some thing for the wheel is needed is not safe, but he will check on it the brake since he going do the work for one thing. When he came back he he show me how bad my break was. It was down to the metal so I ask if is not to much to ask can he put new brake on it. With out a sigh he said sure and left with a smile. He amazed me by far from any of my many experience with others. I have been coming back to him for years. What ever he recommended I will have it done. He have never once fail me yet. Will I recommend him and this store he at yes. Beaverton honda is lucky to have Matt not the other way around. After a lengthy battle with Acura service dealer in Portland, I decided it's time to bring my car to another dealer for service. Matt was refer to me by a friend when I need some advice on some service was told by the dealership I went to. When I went and see him he advices me that everything check out and all it need was some allign on some service was told by the dealership I went to. When I went and see him he advices me that everything check out and all it need was some allignment and brake changed but beside that I won't be due for a tune up till at least 2 more oil changed. At the time I did not have the money and instead of just selling me service that I did not need. Matt was nice enough to give me some pointer to take care pf my car. Chris towed my Odyssey to the dealership for service on the first snowy day of winter.
