Excellent service! I had a long list of items to have serviced on my Honda Odyssey. Jonah was very attentive and brought up a service recall that I was unaware of and ha I had a long list of items to have serviced on my Honda Odyssey. Jonah was very attentive and brought up a service recall that I was unaware of and had that fixed as well. Since the service time was going to take longer than I had, he offered me a complimentary rental car for the day! That really helped me out, while getting all the services completed in one day. He clearly explained all the services that were being done, the importance of each, gave me several discounts!!!, and kept me posted during the day of the progress on my vehicle. I can't thank Jonah enough for making this such a positive experience, saving me some money, and giving me the rental for the day! More

Beaverton Honda has outstanding customer service We've taken our 1999 Honda to be serviced at Beaverton Honda for 10 years (we purchased the car used). I am so impressed with this dealership. -Kayl We've taken our 1999 Honda to be serviced at Beaverton Honda for 10 years (we purchased the car used). I am so impressed with this dealership. -Kaylie who answers the phone at the service center assists in scheduling work on the car and calls and reminds me when service is due. She is courteous and professional and very knowledgeable. -There is always a parking lane open for me to drop off my car -Someone greets me immediately upon arriving (today it was Johah) -Explained to me what they will be doing on my car -they offer free transportation to and from the service center. -Always call me with an estimate and explanation of what the problem is and the costs associated. -I have found Beaverton Honda to be totally honest with me on what works needs to be done on my car and what can wait. And like I said, they work with me if I can not afford it by prioritizing what is urgent and what can wait. They don't charge me the usual estimation fee if it is a minimal issue and have even replaced tail lights at cost only. -They have been very generous with service on my car over the years - letting me know of any specials that are going on that will reduce our costs. -The folks who actually service the cars do outstanding work. I've never had to return because of something not done. These guys are behind the scenes but they are the nuts and bolts of this center. -Last year we needed an expense job done on our car that we just could not afford. Jonah talked to his manager and they spoke with Honda dealership of our situation and they deeply cut the work that needed to be done by charging us for parts only. The service work was free of charge. Because of the outstanding service at Beaverton Honda - I am inclined to purchase another Honda because I appreciate so much the customer service and amenities. I felt as if I was hassling those individuals working when I showed up to pickup my vehicle. The floor as busy which is understandable and expected. I was handed off to two separate individuals to assist with my request to pickup my vehicle. I never felt welcome while in the building and felt as if my presence caused a inconvenience. " xxxxxxx can you please assist him as I am to busy doing......" A simple hello sir, how can I help you today. Xxxxxxx can you please assist this gentlemen. Thanks. When I received my vehicle the windshield wipers no longer worked due to the worked that was preformed, the technical was quick to fix the problem and get me on my way. Car was left with grease and floors dirtier when it as brought in. Bottom line the car got fixed, you have a great facility, but I do not plan on coming back or recommending this location. More
I made an appointment with Ed to check on a service code for my Civic. Ed was very accommodating and made the appointment for the next day at my request. Unfortunately, I got stuck in a meeting and ended up for my Civic. Ed was very accommodating and made the appointment for the next day at my request. Unfortunately, I got stuck in a meeting and ended up being 45 minutes late to the appointment! In a shop as busy as this one, I know being this late can really mess up a schedule, but Ed never winced and was extremely helpful. He had John Dotter work on my vehicle who was extremely fast and thorough. I think he even worked into his lunch break! I have been to one other Honda dealership for service before and had an OK experience, but came to Beaverton Honda at the recommendation from a friend this time. I'm really glad I did; I don't think I will ever take a Honda anywhere else if the experience is this friendly and professional every time. More

Honda Beaverton completed the job when promised. All employees were very helpful and nice. Great customer service. Price, which is not controlled by the staff is too high. I went in for my 1st scheduled maintenance, I was greeted right away, the staff was very friendly, the service was fast, my car was washed, and Ed Dotter went above and beyond when he buffed out a large scra right away, the staff was very friendly, the service was fast, my car was washed, and Ed Dotter went above and beyond when he buffed out a large scrape of paint for me! I went to Beaverton Honda, because my husband and I had taken our car to another Honda dealer 3 times over the last few years to have the oil changed . At the same time, we asked them to check out the nois taken our car to another Honda dealer 3 times over the last few years to have the oil changed . At the same time, we asked them to check out the noise the engine was making. I was told 3 times that it was just normal engine noise. The noise was getting louder and louder so I decided to see if Beaverton Honda could find the problem. Within one hour, Jonah had located the problem and was able to have it repaired by the close of business. At no charge to me because there was a recall. He was great!! You are very lucky to have him working for Beaverton Honda. He really cared and I really appreciated that. I will never take my car anywhere else . I will tell everyone I know about the great experience and service I received. I will come to Beaverton Honda to buy my next car. That will have to be a little while thought, because now Jonah has my car purring like a cat. I can't thank him enough. Great Job!!! Joan Hodge More
