Multiple Service Issues Recently moved from a different state and used Beaverton Honda out if convenience. We have been serviced 4 times total on two cars that are a year old. The worst cUstomer service we have ever experienced each time. We are easy going people but this last time so bad I had to walk out before our car even made it in the service bay. Would not recommend! More

Oversold on service I went in for a new alternator. I got upsold on timing belt replacement. In trying to figure out if this was warranted I got no good answers. For some reason, they think that the Maintenance Minder should be ignored and I should listen to their recommendations. So I spent an extra $1K and not sure it was something that was necessary.
