Beaverton Honda has provided all of the service for our 2005 Accord since we purchased it new. We have always been pleased with the service. My wife usually takes our car in and they always give her a courtesy shuttle ride back home if the service will take awhile. The waiting room is always clean and comfortable. We also appreciate the email notices of upcoming services that are at a discounted price and receiving discount coupons for future service. We have always been please with Beaverton Honda service and recommend them to everyone. More

I have bought 4 cars from Beaverton Honda since 1994, including the 2 I currently own. The sales staff was very ethcical,efficient and business like- they did not play prices games like at other dealers including the 2 I currently own. I am a fairly knowledgeable customer and I had access to what the prices were going in, so I had a basis to compare. My cars have been serviced here for the past 7-8 years. Ben Andrews is my current service advisor and he is very skilled and pleasant to work with. He knows myc ars and my driving habits and the services performed are tailored. The best part that I appreciate is that there is no unneeded/unwanted work done. This was not the case elsewhere. That is why I drive 55-60 miles RT to come to the dealership. Over the years, I have had 2-3 other service advisors recommended by Don Waters. They all have been consistent, thanks to Don's guidance. Thanks. Brindu More
I have 7 Honda's and they all go through these folks for service. I get great customer care from the Blue team - Ben and Derick are awesome and their parts people are just fantastic to work with. Diane in the shuttle is a hoot too - she gets me where I need to be and calls when my service work is done to schedule a pickup. These people take most of the pain out of getting my vehicles serviced and I can't thank them enough. More

I had previously used this dealership for maintenance. I had a few negative experiences with the work they recommended that had already been done. I changed to another service dealer which I was very satisf had a few negative experiences with the work they recommended that had already been done. This service center seemed very annoyed that all I needed was wiper blades and did not even offer to place them on my car, something that I am used to at my preferred service center. Not too impressed, will not be taking my business there. More

This was the first time I had been to the new service center and all I can say is WOW! The improvements are vast from the last location. Matt Tierney I feel is a great asset to Beaverton Honda...He ALSO goes above and beyond the line of duty. Matt treats my vehicle like it's his own, I always know my car is in good hands when I come Honda...He ALSO goes above and beyond the line of duty. Matt treats my vehicle like it's his own, I always know my car is in good hands when I come to Beaverton Honda and Matt Tierney takes the keys. The price is always fair, Matt treats you more like he really does care for his customers and their issues. He tells it like it is, if you really need it, he will tell you that you really need to repair an item and actually explain to the customer why he feels it needs replaced and go as far showing you your bad part, while he is explaining how critical it is to replace it. I like that in a Service Center, rather then than just telling you the outrageous price of the repair and them not explaining why the big bill. I have experienced this at other dealers. I have NEVER had this while under Matt Tierney's care, in today's economy it is a blessing to have a dealership and employees that is still on the side of pleasing the Customer. It was the whole visit that was Outstanding not just Matt, the whole service center cares for their customers with the greetings, being kind and friendly, cleanliness, price, and quality of their work.
