These sales people at the dealership were horrible. For the past few months we had researched the SUV we wanted, the trade in price of our car, and what finance we wanted. We had gone to another dealership and they started playing the games of giving a to low price on trade in. Our first dealing was with Jeff, who told me they wouldnt play games on the price and since they sold used cars they would get us a good price. We live 5 hours away and told him it would be a few weeks before we could come in. We asked if they had a costco auto program. Jeff said they didnt but they would honor and match the price. Jeff told us he would be on vacation then, we then were in contact with Marty. Marty told us the same thing. Fast forward to when we went in. Marty was supposdly not in and we were met with Paul. Now we had driven from over 5 hours away, we have a very active 20 month old duaghter. The dealership is very nice on the 1st floor, it has refreshments, several tables, a childrens area. We were taken upstairs and for over four hours they played games on pricing for our trade in and the price on the Honda Pilot. The manager was called in and told us that they wouldnt give us the costco price on it, even after I was told by his sales people that they would. They only offered a horrible finance plan with a +6 % APR, even though the Honda deals were better at the time. At no time did they bother taking us down so that my duaghter could play in the childrens area and that both my wife and I could work on the buy together. We were only offered one drink at the beggining of this whole process. It appeared they used stall tactics over and over again until it was to late to go to another dealership. When it appeared it was not getting any better we walked away. They had the gall to say that we should eat at a restraunt nearby in case their boss would come down in price. Dont go here, go to Wilsonville Honda instead, much nicer experiance for us at least. More
I had my car serviced at other dealer in August for timing belt service, and I was not happy with their service, pricing, and their pressure to sell more repairs. So I was very hesitant to have a majo timing belt service, and I was not happy with their service, pricing, and their pressure to sell more repairs. So I was very hesitant to have a major repairs/service at another dealership. This was the first time I had a major service at Beaverton Honda. First, I called and spoke with Amber Buettner to get some quote for the service. She did not pressure me to sell all kinds of repairs. She made sure that they will check the car throughly before they recommend any needed service/repairs, and she even told me that I can make my own choice whether to accept or decline their recommendation. She even sent me coupons to use via email. I met Matt at the service counter, and I have discussed with him what maintenance services/repairs I had done to my car upto this point. After the exam of my car, Matt suggested the following services; 105K service, Transmmission flush and refill, dashboard air fileter change, and brake fluid flush and refill. I also needed to repair my driver's seat control which was broken, and my car was making some high pitched metal sound when accelerated. With combined coupons and discounts, I was able to have my car serviced for $658 for all repairs and services except brake fluid flush and refill. Matt suggested that I could do it on my next visit. Matt charged for parts only for the driver's seat control repair, and he even repaired one burned fuse at no cost. My car seat is now working smoothly, and my car does not make anymore metal noise when accelerated. Matt, Diane (shutle driver) and all others at Beaverton Honda were very courteous and friendly. Their waiting room is very clean and pleasant. Most of all, they took care of my car and charged reasonably. I recommend this dealer for all Honda owners for maintenance and repairs. More

We were gree We had not decided what kind of suv or crossover we wanted so went to several dealers in our area. Beaverton Honda was our first stop. We were greeted by Chris Anderson and explained that we hadn't decided what we wanted so he was kind enough to explain the different models then we decided to take a couple for a test drive. Chris was so helpful without any pressure, was extremely knowledgeable and answered all of our questions. We explained that we would make a decision within a week and he was still without pressure and said to make sure that we called him at any time with questions that we may still have, which we did. I must say that Chris was by far the best salesperson I have ever dealt with in a dealership and I have dealt with car salesmen off and on for over 40 years. We called him and said we had narrowed it down to two vehicles one of which was the Honda Crosstour so we would be back again the following Saturday for another test drive. He was very friendly and helpful and said to call and let him know about what time we would be there so he could have that time saved for us, which he did. We looked at the other one again then met with Chris, went for another test drive decided it would be the Crosstour with navigation plus some other extras. Chris and the other people we dealt with were extremely helpful. Chris made things so easy for us we actually drove out of the dealership that day with our new car. It will be going back in for a few add-ons that we requested. We absolutely love the car! Chris Anderson is the best car salesman by far! We recommend him to anybody that is looking for a car! We also recommend Beaverton Honda as a superb dealership to buy a car! Chris also stays in touch just to make sure that everything is going well and to let us know that even after the sale he is there for us if we ever have a question or need assistance with the new technology that is in the car. Please, please, go to Beaverton Honda and ask for Chris! You will not be disappointed! Judith More
I went in just to test-drive cars because I won't have the money together to purchase until later this week. I explained this to Chris, and he was great--there was absolutely no pressure to try to get me the money together to purchase until later this week. I explained this to Chris, and he was great--there was absolutely no pressure to try to get me to buy now, no manipulation, no guilt. He was happy to let me test drive multiple cars and was polite and friendly throughout. I took my mom with me and she was terrified that we were going to be descended on by piranha-like salespeople. She was pleasantly surprised with our experience. More
I was treated like royalty. For someone who has been treated bad by almost all transactions I have ever had getting a car, this was a surprise. They bought me lunch, the got exactly what I wanted, and gave me a deal that was better than I had expected. Beaverton Honda has won my patronage, for the rest of my life. And my story is one I will tell to anyone who asks about buying a new car. More
The salesperson and manager were straight forward and honest about what they could do for me and worked hard to get me a deal that no one else would. When it came time for signing papers, there wasn't an honest about what they could do for me and worked hard to get me a deal that no one else would. When it came time for signing papers, there wasn't any pressure to add options or service contracts. Best sales experience in 20 years of car buying. More
We went in to find out our end-of-lease options. We were especially concerned about the financial issues and were given information promptly. Once it became clear that we were seriously thinking about leasi especially concerned about the financial issues and were given information promptly. Once it became clear that we were seriously thinking about leasing a new Prius, we were introduced to Doc Wade and shown several new models. We took a test drive. Throughout this process Doc was informative, friendly and enthusiastic. We never felt pressured. When it came time to discuss the cost of the lease, I made it clear that we would not go beyond a certain price because we're on a budget. We were given three options - one obviously way too high. I get that part - it makes the others look more reasonable. When we were finally able to get closer we were able to reach an acceptable compromise. The entire process was cordial, respectful and relatively painless. There was another issue about the potential problem with an automatic key and my husband's Pacemaker.(Turned out it was not a problem, but we didn't discover that until the next day.) We were impressed that several people became involved and concerned, including a technician named Paul who made a point of explaining the issue to us. All in all we found our experience to be a positive one and would certainly recommend this dealership, and especially Doc Wade. More
I loved our sales help as Dennis was very knowledgable on makes and models of the cars he was showing us. He answered ALL our questions and when he didn't know an answere himself (he was new to selling cars) makes and models of the cars he was showing us. He answered ALL our questions and when he didn't know an answere himself (he was new to selling cars) he went and found out the answer for us. The price was a bit too high. I had a bad headache by the time we were into negotations so didn't feel good enough to fight the price more than I did but they had more room to give me I am sure. More
From the minute I walked in I was greeted with friendly faces. Jonathan gave me his personal attention from that point until I left with my new car many hours later. I realize that purchasing a car is not fun, under the best of curcumstances but, at least, it was a relaxed, no-pressure environment. There was no task that he would not perform to ensure I was taken care of. Erin was a pleasure to work with as well. Her approach to customer service is genuine and refreshing. I have worked in high-end customer service as a hiring manager and people like her are rare. Much thanks to you both. I look forward to future visits! Sonja Cress More
