I have my Honda Odyssey serviced at Beaverton Honda as I have for the past 6 years. I am always pleased with their service, always treated like a customer, and they are very flexible with my schedule and a have for the past 6 years. I have dealt with numerous car dealerships over the years and was expecting the same old run around when it was time for me to purchase another vehicle. I was blown away by the customer service I received at Beaverton Honda. I completed my credit application online because I have some credit issues and I wanted to make sure they could even offer me financing before I went in. I was contacted within an hour of sending in the application to confirm that they recieved the application and getting more information about exactly what I was looking for and the price range I wanted to stay within. I went about my day and got periodic updates from the salesman who handled the sale. When I was they confirmed that they could secure financing for me, I went in and was immediately introduced to the Finance Manager who was handling my application. She explained the price range that I could look at and gave me a list of options from their stock based on the interests I'd already expressed. I was able to walk out to the lot with the salesman I'd been dealing with, look over my options, test drive the vehicles and pick the one I wanted, knowing all along that I was approved. There was never a moment where I felt pressured or pushed or rushed to make a decision. This is the first time I've ever left a car dealership feeling like I got the best deal I could get and feeling happy about my purchase. There was no stress, no hassle, nothing at all that was negative. I had complete confidence that getting me into the right car was their top priority. Even when there was something missed in the documentation for me to sign - they went out of their way to hand deliver the documents to me so that I could review them and sign them without having to come back to the dealership. Now that's customer service! Not only will I definitely purchase from Beaverton Honda again, I would wholeheartedly recommend them to anyone looking for a vehicle - new or used. More

I had shopped around at other local Honda dealers and ended up calling Beaverton Honda. I spoke to a Salesman - Sheridan about the new Honda Accords. I didn't feeled pressured to buy the car and ended up buying the car that day. I want to thank Sheridan and Kelly for their time and excellent customer service. Not to mention the beautiful new showroom with a playroom for my kids. My kids loved all the TV's, eats and treats. I will be a return customer and plan on recommending Beaverton Honda ! I had previously used this dealership for maintenance. I had a few negative experiences with the work they recommended that had already been done. This service center seemed very annoyed that all I needed was wiper blades and did not even offer to place them on my car, something that I am used to at my preferred service center. Not too impressed, will not be taking my business there. More

First rate service every time. Everything fully explained, including cost, and work completed as promised. Service tech fully explained all exceptions noted on inspection. This was the first time I had been to the new service center and all I can say is WOW! The improvements are vast from the last location. I usually detest car dealerships and the whole car buying experience, but Beaverton Honda's new building is beautiful and we found Freddy Ortega to be very helpful in helping us choose our new Honda Accord. experience, but Beaverton Honda's new building is beautiful and we found Freddy Ortega to be very helpful in helping us choose our new Honda Accord. The whole process (over a 2-day period) took 5 hours to complete, even though we had no trade-in, excellent credit, and pretty much knew exactly what we wanted. A little tedious. They really tried to sell us the extended warranty but we were adamant that we had no interest. This is our 4th Honda, our 2nd from this dealership, and we are very happy with the results. More

Matt Tierney I feel is a great asset to Beaverton Honda...He ALSO goes above and beyond the line of duty. Matt treats my vehicle like it's his own, I always know my car is in good hands when I come Honda...He ALSO goes above and beyond the line of duty. Matt treats my vehicle like it's his own, I always know my car is in good hands when I come to Beaverton Honda and Matt Tierney takes the keys. The price is always fair, Matt treats you more like he really does care for his customers and their issues. He tells it like it is, if you really need it, he will tell you that you really need to repair an item and actually explain to the customer why he feels it needs replaced and go as far showing you your bad part, while he is explaining how critical it is to replace it. I like that in a Service Center, rather then than just telling you the outrageous price of the repair and them not explaining why the big bill. I have experienced this at other dealers. I have NEVER had this while under Matt Tierney's care, in today's economy it is a blessing to have a dealership and employees that is still on the side of pleasing the Customer. It was the whole visit that was Outstanding not just Matt, the whole service center cares for their customers with the greetings, being kind and friendly, cleanliness, price, and quality of their work.
