We had done our research prior to walking onto the dealership lot and had even made an appointment to come see the vehicle we were looking for. We knew what we wanted, but had to make sure it would fit in our budget. Everyone we worked with made sure that we got the car we wanted, it fit in our budget and they were very accomodating and pleasant to work with every step of the way. They made sure that we were well-informed of all steps in the purchase process, along with all of the functions of the car before we drove it off the lot. Definitely recommend the dealership for others to purchase and when/if we are looking for a new car (in the very distant future!) they will be our first place to look. More
I started test driving cars about two weeks ago, considering that I might not purchase a car until October. I had a great time test driving the Fit, and had all of my questions answered even though considering that I might not purchase a car until October. I had a great time test driving the Fit, and had all of my questions answered even though some weren't ordinary questions. Not exactly the normal situation, the person paying for the car wanted me to buy it from somewhere else. I had such a great experience that I didn't have the heart to do that, and would never have even considered it. I was told to check the availability of the Fit because it was possible that it would not be available in October. After checking the availability I decided to go ahead and purchase the car right then and there so that there was no possibility that I would have to go somewhere else. Also, I am very happy to know that I can call or stop by any time if I have questions. Thank you so much! More
DONT SIGN ANYTHING before you do some homework on Internet and ask quote from other dealers. I had pretty bad experience at their site today. The saleswoman couldn't give me my lease quote by herself Internet and ask quote from other dealers. I had pretty bad experience at their site today. The saleswoman couldn't give me my lease quote by herself and had to go ask her supervisor, called Ben or something. For 2012 Civic LX 36-month lease they were giving me something with 2500 upfront and 320 monthly. Which you can find 2600 and 190 on Honda official website. I know there would be other fee, but the way they do business is to try to treat you like idiot and make the most money of you, keeping making excuse why their price is higher because my credit history is not good enough. (733 credit score, intel job) and at the end, I was really unhappy that when I asked for a "printed detailed quote." That supervisor just told the saleswoman to write down some price numbers (no detail) on the name card to give me, making me really feel they don't cherish the business. More
The experience was relatively painless, and Charlie was honest and direct. I walked in not thinking I would be getting a Honda, but they worked with me to get me in one for a decent price and fair value on honest and direct. I walked in not thinking I would be getting a Honda, but they worked with me to get me in one for a decent price and fair value on my trade-in. I could do without all the "up-selling" on the extended warranty, especially because Honda tries to sell itself as an extremely reliable brand. Why would I want the extended warranty if you're also telling me these cars are amazing over the long haul? Other than that, though, it was a pretty decent experience, and I'm pleased with my vehicle. More

In 1990, I bought a brand new red Honda Civic. Drove it for 10+ years and in 2001, (it was running like a champ!) sadly was totalled up by a drunk driver. We were in a pinch to get the car replaced immediately, and my husband wanted me to test drive vans. I said "NO!" I wont be a stereo typed "Soccer Mom" driving a van. Because I love my sweet adorable hubby, I respected his request (reluctantly) and drove every van out there. When I got behind the wheel of the Odyssey, I thought "OH! This feels just like my sweet Civic!" We bought it. What an AWESOME vehicle, perfect for our family. Now, 10 years later, the van at 110,000 miles is running great, I have two teenage drivers that need an additional vehicle. And Mommy is not going to drive the van, LOL! This past weekend, I spent 2 complete days by myself going from Gladstone to Wilsonville to Beaverton, driving EVERY sudan out there to find the "right" car for me. It was a nightmare. I HATE car shopping. Until my final stop...Sunday night at 5:30 when I landed, exhausted, at Beaverton Honda. After much research physically and over the internet, I knew I wanted a 2011 or 2012 Civic. I marched in not wanting to deal with creepy car salesmen/women and was completely ready to walk away (again) because no one listening to me, or treating my like crap because I was a woman. Oh, No, the tide changed when I landed at Beaverton Honda. I was immediately greeted by Nick who was amazing. In the first few minutes (and he knew I wasn't going to be an easy client! I was cranky, bitchy and really tired!) He asked me just a few questions and REALLY listened to me. Long story short, I drove home my beautiful new 2012 Civic that night. I couldn't believe it! Everyone I dealt with at Beaverton Honda was truly professional, kind, and never ONCE made me feel like an idiot for asking questions. What an AWESOME experience! The Gladstone to Beaverton commute isn't an easy, quick trip. Let me tell you, it is TOTALLY WORTH IT! Do it! I drove back there tonight after work. There are so many bells and whistles on the car, I am overwhelmed. Within 30 minutes, they had me up and running again with all the questions I had and "fixed" the stuff I couldn't figure out. They have so kindly (but firmly) requested that I come back in 2 weeks for a refresher, because they want to make sure I know every inch of my new baby. Again, I am SO IMPRESSED with how much they care for me after the sale. Who knew there was such an extraordinary company out there? Fans of Beaverton Honda are nodding their heads up and down and laughing at me, the rookie, who had no idea. For those of you out there who are thinking about buying a car... DO IT, but don't waist your time anywhere else. Go to Beaverton Honda. Ok, I'll shut up now. Cheers! Denise More
Overall, I'm never impressed with a car dealer. Beaverton Honda impressed me with their service and honesty. Freddy was great.
