These two men went above and beyond to ensure that we were satisfied customers. We were pleasantly surprised to not be pressured to buy anything (as you often are at car dealerships) and without any prom were satisfied customers. Besides repairing the item I had reported, they found and replaced a bad interior light bulb at no extra charge. When my husband and I pulled up at the dealership I didn't even want to get out of my car as I found the whole process to be intimidating. However Lana came up and greeted me and my husband and quickly put me at ease with her kind, and engaging manner. We explained upfront what our problems were, expecting to be kicked out upfront or ignored, but instead we were treated like we were the most important customers. Lana took the time to walk us through several options we were interested in, and when we settled on the car we thought was for us, we went in, Lana offered us drinks and ice cream while we waited, and soon the purchasing process began. Throughout the entire experience Lana took the time to chat and laugh with us, and when our loan was approved she made sure we had everything we needed before we went to sign the paperwork. I enjoyed this experience immensely. Not only did I walk away without paying a down payment, I also received a generous trade-in value for my vehicle and they agreed to pick it up from the shop. I needed new car. I knew exactly what I wanted. They found my car in 24 hours and gave me a good trade-in price for my old car. Good guy, treated me well. The sales manage, Kelly, also walked me through the steps of the sale in a very courteous and helpful way. The dealership itself was arranged well and comfortable. I like my new car very much - new Accord Coupe, 5 speed manual. I financed through my credit union - easy and done efficiently. More

They made sure that we were well-informed of all steps in the purchase process, along with all of the functions of the car before we drove it off the lot.
