These guys were amazing. I called on a Saturday and they were super busy but they got me in and had my car done in record time. Everyone is very nice and they even washed my car! I know nothing about cars or their servicing needs. Accordingly I have to rely on those who do understand what needs to be done. It was my understanding that I should have the oil changed as soon as t Accordingly I have to rely on those who do understand what needs to be done. It was my understanding that I should have the oil changed as soon as the dashboard light came on to indicate 15% of oil remaining, or failing that, to come in once a year. Since I only drive about 6,500 miles each year, the latter has been my option. When I came in earlier this week for the oil change Sean Ryan explained to me that the differential needed some work as well. (What's a differential???) I authorized the work and was amazed when he returned in less than the hour he said it would take to accomplish. Accordingly I was very happy with the work that was done on my car. Chris Lang More
Ok, so I've worked with both the service dept with my Honda Accord and the Sales with my new CR-V. Initially Honda service wanted to charge me to different diagnostic fees, one for the transmission and o Honda Accord and the Sales with my new CR-V. Initially Honda service wanted to charge me to different diagnostic fees, one for the transmission and one to see why my engine light was on. This was going to be over $200. I decided against it and only got the recall done for my airbags. They ended up running it for me anyways only to find out it was the stupid gas cap. I would have been really upset if I paid that money to find out it was the gas cap. I appreciated them running it for me for free anyways. Autobody was super helpful and took time after i left to email me quotes on fixing some body damage. My sales guy was Jeff Holley and if you plan on getting a car at Beaverton Honda, I would request him specifically. He is a no BS, straighforward, friendly and caring individual. When we were bartering for the price the gentleman above Jeff was rude, abrasive and disresepctful and if it wasn't for Jeff's hard work I would have walked off the lot and they would have lost the sale.I looked online to see if I could find his name so I could give people fair warning but couldn't find it. He is what give car salesmen a bad name and makes the buying experience more difficult then it has to be. He was upset that I "had the nerve" to compare prices with another Honda dealership. To me, this is being a good consumer and smart shopper. I simply asked not to deal with him anymore and Jeff made that possible. My new CR-V has a warning light on coming off the lot. It wasn't till after I bought the car they told me they are going to need it for the majority of the day. Jeff has been working hard with the service team to accomodate my schedule so it will be interesting to see what comes of it. Two pieces of advice: Go to Jeff Holley at Beaverton Honda and do your homework on the make/model/year and price of the car you want to buy. Hope this helps More
Alex was very helpful when buying our new CRV. He made sure we got the style and color we wanted even though they didn't have one on the lot. The service department called us promply to schedule having some accessories added. Within 3 days we had our car with all the extras added. It doesn't get much better than this! More

Jonah helped me on 2 occasions over the last week. He was very helpful and very friendly. I had problems after my second safety recall was fixed and I called Jonah and he said he would do everything he could very helpful and very friendly.
