This by far was the easiest and most pleasant experience ever. I loved dealing with them, we figured most everything out over the phone and then when I got there I just drove and signed. I went in to the Dealership looking for a used car for my 17 year old son and left with a great looking and driving 98 Honda Civic. I had already been approved by my current credit union for a low used car finance rate and was planning on just using them, Ben the Sales Manager asked me what the rate was and he was able to get me a better rate thru one of their many finance companies that they use. I will be returning to look at a new car for my wife in the near future I would highly recommend purchasing a new or used vehicle from Beaverton Honda. More

Due to a remarkable inspection job, I out of 115k to do a complete renovation. In a massive debt and unhappy with the home inspector I just live on and enjoy my house. September 2007 I end up having a major surgery that I was unable to work for almost 8 months. That completely puts me near bankruptcy. But I, however, recover vast MAJORITY of bills by working 90hours a week. So, all I have to say was my credit is complete utterly crap. On Sunday, my wife and I agreed that we need another car in order for her to work. I found an Audi S4 here at Beaverton Honda. Being a European car enthusiast, I was excited yet scared that I might not be able to obtain a loan. Freddy and the Managers did their magic but it came short. With my wife not exactly working and my credit still rebuilding process, we were hopeless. After being pretty bummed, the managers said that they can get me a Honda through a lease for 3 years. Rebuild my credit and get it going up fast. End of the day I will get a chance to drive a new car, a way to re-establish my credit and not being nag to drive my wife to work. They did just that. I liked an Accord, but I end up with a 2012 Honda Civic because it's more suited for my family. Giving that it will give me a chance to buy my Audi in few years! Overall, my experiences here is tremendously awesome. I'm just beyond happy that everything worked out. It's funny because I work for Nissan/Subaru dealership. Yet, I don't even shop at my own work place because of unprofessionalism. More

Brought my wifes '07 Odyssey in for power steering warentee work, Service dept. found 2 bad motor mounts. Never bothered to check and see if they were covered till I came in. Then they broke the hood warentee work, Service dept. found 2 bad motor mounts. Never bothered to check and see if they were covered till I came in. Then they broke the hood support rod and had to replace that. It took 2 hours. Now it is back in there for power steering noise. Should have taken it any place else. We would not recommend the service dept. to anyone. Update. I was contacted by Bill Stallard, the service manager, After we talked for a while, he assured me this was going to be addressed and fixed. If you have anny problems with service please see Bill. He is a a great guy whom I know will do the right thing. Thanks Bill!!!! More
