We weren't ready to buy at that time but would soon be enticed by some super incentives from Honda Motor Co. I blanketed the whole Portland Honda Dealership market with emails explaining that I was in the search for an Odyssey...Internet Rep Adam Brown was one of the first to respond promptly and with direct answers to my questions. His knowledge of the product, services and promotions was greatly appreciated! However, your dealership didn't have quite the vehicle I was prepared to purchase. Because Christian had made such a positive first impression before, I decided to come by and see what your dealership could offer. Needless to say, both Christian and JC Lam made a compelling offer for me to upgrade my choice of trim on the Odyssey. JC also provided a very pleasant post-delivery experience. Thanks Guys! I'll see you in the future! By the way, I live less than 2 miles from another Honda Dealership that didn't win my business and will not be providing me my vehicle service. More
My A/C wasn't blowing cold so I took my minivan in. Jonah promptly called to let me know they found the problem in the condenser. While looking it over, they also found my timing belt about to go and my oil gasket leaking. In addition, I had a safety recall needing addressed. No one budgets for these things, but Jonah explained the necessity of each very clearly and the prudence of saving money by doing it all at once. He made it all happen that day and put me in a rental car so I could still get to work. I appreciated Jonah's level of knowledge and his approach - he was matter of fact, not pushy about me getting the work done. Very professional and respectful. Thank you. More

He was extremely patient with me and all of my questions, gave me as much time as I needed, was very knowledgeable...and never gave me a bit of pressure. It was a great buying experience from beginning to end. I was able to get the best deal (worked with several dealers without them even knowing to verify their offer was fair) and found that the deal they gave me was the very lowest of all dealers from the very beginning. No hassling at all. Everyone at the Dealership was all smiles, very happy and friendly and I never felt pressure or judged in any way. This is coming from a very picky person. My wife and I had been searching for a new Odyssey since we moved to Oregon from California in march. After dealing with the same dealer for over 20 years in L.A. we were worried about shopping for our new we moved to Oregon from California in march. We shopped around the city at a few dealers and then we found Beaverton Honda, Jakov our sales rep and Alex our finance person. We found our car, our new dealer and except for the rain felt like we were back home at our old dealer. At delivery time Jakov introduced us to everyone in the service department and we are looking forward to our first oil change. For anyone looking for a new Honda we say, go see Jakov at Beaverton Honda. More

I have purchased several cars here and always had my service done here. On my previous few visit I was disappointed in the service. This time, someone called to offer me a coupon and schedule an appoint service done here. On my previous few visit I was disappointed in the service. This time, someone called to offer me a coupon and schedule an appointment. Since it was time, I called back to schedule. The operator who answered the phone had no idea what I was talking about and suggested I call back the next day. I then spoke to someone in the "service" department who said the call came from a call center, and I would have to speak with them. It took 3 phone calls to get the appointment honoring the reduced price. The discount was $15 so it was not really worth the trouble. The service took twice as long as it was supposed to, which has been my complaint the last few times. Another service request I made could not be honored, because they were short staffed and it would have to go to another area for that work to be done. They then recommended an additional $1200 worth of repairs. Apparently they had time to complete that work? The hood of my car was dented when they finished. The service manager said that the dent came from the inside, so he found it "interesting" that I believed it occurred there. (I think they had just been inside working on the engine?) He was going to have someone call me to look at the hood, but that did not happen. When I left, I noticed that items from my glove box had been removed and not replaced. This used to be a great place to buy and maintain a car, but I won't return. More
