I am a great fan of Honda and Honda dealers because of it. The main salesperson was Troy Robinson and he spent a lot of time and effort to make sure that everything was done correctly by communicating with me well. When I had questions, he answered them immediately with detailed information. During the entire process, he was helpful and respectable, which is hard to find. I appreciate his calm manner and patience and highly recommend Troy. Thanks to him,I have a beautiful car to drive and look at! More

We had a great experience at Beaverton Honda! This was my first time buying a car and to say that I was nervous would be an understatement. First off, the salesman that mainly helped me out was Adam. I dont see him on the list of names above but I can say that he totally did an excellent job. He's very knowledgable of his job and was able to explain to me clearly the specs of the car I wanted. He's really friendly, he even offered to get us jack in a box since my friend whom I took with me was almost starving to death. We declined tho. We just stuck to the complementary popcorn they have on the corner. As far as pricing, they gave me all the break down and even explained each items. In this way, it gave me as sense of security that I not being ripped off unlike a stereotypical car salesman. I exactly knew what im being charged for and they all makes sense. I also spoke with the manager. He's nice as well. Before coming to the dealership I already had a price range in mind on how much I wanted to pay monthly. He was very patient in negotiating prices with me until finally we agreed on a certain figure. And then lastly, the guy that I sat with on the signing of paper works- he provided me with all the information I needed as far as maintenance, warranty, and other options I might want to opt in. And once again, he was able to explain to me clearly these talking points in terms I'll be able to understand. I keep using the word "clearly" cause to me that is important. I need to be able to understand all these vital information regarding my car and my loan terms. So with all these being said, the bottom line is they gave excellent customer service. You. Guys. Are. It's a brand new car, and the Beaverton team was very helpful. I live in Tigard and the Beaverton location is closer. Maria from Bob Lamphere called me constantly reminding me of the offers. (Myself) tired of spending $40 a day on gas for my humongous SUV, I pulled my people together, we went directly to the Honda dealership on Canyon Road Saturday afternoon. There I asked for Tony, as recommended by Maria, and was helped by Mr. Smiley Sheridan Hop. We had the best experience with him. He catered not only to me, but to my dad who is a 74 yrs Spanish/Italian old school man, my very difficult to please 72 yrs old mom and their hyper dog Joey. Mr Hop took the cake, he is an excellent salesman, and he became personable. Mr. Hop (and his spouse) also go to the gym I am a member at, and knows my trainer, and when my parents heard him say he had seen me there with my spouse, they were sold. The salesman became part of the neighborhood. He passed from being the salesman to being a friend, which made him genuine. He developed trust. He catered to their needs, making them feel welcomed and cared for. When he took us to see the service shop, my father loved the attention customers are provided with. He took us by the hand and took care of us. That is the best car sales experience I have ever had in my whole life. And when my mom is ready to exchange her car, we will go back to Bob Lanphere's Beaverton Honda's best salesman ever.... Sheridan Hop. Sheridan knows the meaning of customer care. I am so thankful that my Boyfriend brought me here. The customer service was wonderful and kind. They served him and I water and ice cream bars.
