Went on a car buying frenzy over President's Day weekend. My first stop was Beaverton Honda (BH) were I met Jakov Jurinovic (Pretty sure he's not from Kansas). As It turns out, I had to go no furt weekend. My first stop was Beaverton Honda (BH) were I met Jakov Jurinovic (Pretty sure he's not from Kansas). As It turns out, I had to go no further. I had a specific model in mind with very specific features. This auto was not available at Beaverton Honda so Jakov, through BH's extensive dealer network, located the car at another dealer. BH arranged a swap for another vehicle and there you have it. My brand spanking new Accord EX-L, Modern Steel exterior with grey leather interior and Navi system. Jakov was even willing to personally pick up the car at the other dealer. This level of personal care is not often found (and sadly, not normally expected) in today's consumer affairs. It is so refreshing to find a business that has a legitimate concern for their customers. This is the fifth vehicle that I have bought from the Bob Lanphere group and it has cemented my trust and guarenteed my continued business with Mr. Lanphere and his employees. One of my previous cars was used as a trade-in which left a family member without a car so ... the next day we went back with the intention of picking up a used car from their used car lot. Instead, we ended up getting a 2012 Civic closeout. Great little car with everything you would want in a smaller car (and even more). Once again we put our faith in Jakov. When we got to the dealership, we found Jakov. This was approximately 3:05 PM. We told him that we had an appointment in an hour and that we couldn't wait any longer than that. At 4:01 pm the "New car sales bell" rang for the Civic. Once again, an all out effort for customer satifaction. It goes without saying that I highly recommend Beaverton Honda for any vehicle purchase but I also recommend that you take the time to seek out Jakov for his stellar support and effort. More
Andrew did not push a car on us. We rejected three vehicles and he wasn't discouraged or difficult. The fourth car we looked at was the one for us. My wife and I feel good about our experience, and though we hope not to be back in the market for quite some time, we would definitely recommend Beaverton Honda. More
Chelsea was a lovely gal to work with. We met her at the auto show. She was a total profession person when answering our questions. Here it is a year later and I returned to Beaverton Honda, why? because you will never get the customer service one deserves unless you go here. Last year we purchased two vehicles and after that experience I stated that I would be a customer for life.........there was no other choice but Beaverton Honda for our next purchases. We purchased two more vehicles and the quality of service from Randy, Kevin, Karen and Linda cannot be beat anywhere or by anyone. You're a fool if you don't purchase a vehicle from here...simple as that. Top notch service, care and attention to detail time and time again. Troy was terrific, hands down. Very straight forward, no hard sell tactics. Got me the car I wanted at the price I wanted. But I could not give all 5s to this dealership because when I was signing the paperwork and actually paying for the car they handed me over to Don Holden, who tried to sell me extended warranty coverage with a very hard sell ("you know, Honda's are great cars and you made a great decision, but you know how much it costs to fix them, and you know they are among the most frequently cars stolen?...just saying..."). I mean, come on. I denied the coverage (as I always do for extended warranties), but it still left a very bad taste in my mouth and ruined any chance of this dealership getting a full 5 star rating. More
Completely charming but very deceptive. Our sales rep was very nice and sad she did not make it clear, while Mr. Lucero was very creative on word usage. He kept using words like "we are giving you this", and "it's included in the price of the vehicle", but what he really meant to say was "it's included in the price of the loan." As we revieved the paper work he pointed out the numbers that he wanted us to see. We were completely trustful and completely naieve I guess. While we were so excited for our dream vehicle for our family, we didn't know our large down payment was not even going towards the vehicle but extra programs and insurances. We are only praying that unforceable good can come from this. Back again... Thank you Christian (GM) for taking the time to call and meet with us regarding our very unfortunate misunderstanding and taking personal responsibility. We appreciate your honesty and openess. It's only the begining of a long relationship and we look forward to coming back in for exceptional customer service. More

Troy was very helpful and we ended up buying a used Honda Fit. We thought the price was fair and we were very impressed with the inspection and detailing Beaverton Honda does with it's used cars. Karen was our finance person and she was great. She really helped us understand everything and I appreciated her kindness. Randy is a great sales manager. He was around, asked how we were doing and made sure things were going well for us. We would definitely buy from them again. More
I recently went out to search for my second car but it would be my first car that I would be buying from a dealership and with the help of my step father I had settled on a Honda Accord. The person that I had helping me was Troy Robison and later we also sat down with Randy Goodin to finalize the sale and also to talk about a few other things. I had spent the majority of my time there with Troy and to make a long story short, it felt like I was his friend and he was doing the best he could to get me the car I wanted. Think about what that means, I wasn't a customer that he wanted to do a good job with so that he could make a sale and then get a good review out of, I felt like a friend and I could also call him my friend. Randy did a great job in answering all of the other questions that I had and was very nice and engaging. Made sure to leave no detail out or stone unturned. Next was Linda and she was very helpful through out the very last steps of the process, she let us know all of the options that I had with payment, coverage plans, etc. Very relaxed, answered our questions directly so that we weren't left with more questions. Engaged in conversation also to let it be known that once again it wasn't just a customer sale that they were looking for, I could tell that she was a genuinely nice and polite person who wanted to make it as easy, stress free and smooth as possible. Overall great team from what I have seen, did a great job, I would have a hard time believing a negative review for them in the future after having my experience with them. More
JC Lam, our salesperson, was great. He explained everything we needed to know and was energetic and helpful in all ways. His good humor, friendly demeanor and clear expertise made our purchase experience very pleasant. Karen Voss, the business manager, was also extremely helpful and efficient, making the final process speedy and complete. We appreciated her sense of service and sense of humor. One problem: In the other survey, I described how, about 22 hours after I purchased the car, the "Check TPMS System" screen flashed up. You might read that account. Ultimately, within a few hours, the service department reset it. But I wonder how that could happen in a brand new car. More
