Jonathan listened to my story of how I had just had a tree fall on my car in August and as a result had sustained almost $10,000 worth of damage to the vehicle, which insurance covered and all had since tree fall on my car in August and as a result had sustained almost $10,000 worth of damage to the vehicle, which insurance covered and all had since been fixed, but the 22 days it took for them to fix it caused me to have to pay for a rental vehicle for that length of time. That combined with me being out of work currently, makes for a super tight budget and made the service I was having done truly beyond my current means. Jonathan not only applied the coupon I had but also found a way to give me an additional discount on top of that. I really appreciated that he truly listened to me and empathized with my situation.
