Matt was refer to me by a friend when I need some advice on some service was told by the dealership I went to. When I went and see him he advices me that everything check out and all it need was some allign on some service was told by the dealership I went to. When I went and see him he advices me that everything check out and all it need was some allignment and brake changed but beside that I won't be due for a tune up till at least 2 more oil changed. At the time I did not have the money and instead of just selling me service that I did not need. Matt was nice enough to give me some pointer to take care pf my car. He was really nice, patience, honest, friendly, words can not describe all. Thank you so much matt. I stopped in to Beaverton Honda because i was looking for a vehicle that fit me well and was able to handle some wintry weather in the mountains. Myke came out to greet me with a very welcoming smile. It was my fifth dealership so I was expecting to hear some of the same small-talk I had experienced all day. But it was different with Myke, he was genuine and engaging and really listened to what I was saying. He pointed me towards a Certified Pre-owned 2010 Crosstour (which I hadn't researched at all, so was skeptical). Myke suggested I try it for size and I was amazed at how much room it had (I'm 6' 8"). Of course we took it for a spin and I took it for an extended test drive to make sure it was a good fit for me. I didn't have to visit any more dealerships because Myke found what I was looking for. Within a couple of days of purchaseI noticed that there was some brake-and-shake due to rotor warpage which I hadn't noticed during the test drive. I called Myke and he kindly directed me to a service representative and it was all taken care of with no charge. I thought this was an exceptional way to keep me coming back from the beginning. I went back to Beaverton Honda for routine maintenance and was once again impressed with the professionalism and pride that the service team displays. I will soon need some brake work and new tires and I already know I will be counting on Beaverton Honda to give me a reasonable deal with excellent service. I will probably track Myke down just to say hi. More

My wife and I have purchased or leased 3 Hondas from Jeff beginning with an Accord in 2010, which we recently upgraded to a 2013 Accord. He follows through after the sale and when I am in for service he always stops by to say hi and to make sure that everything is to our satisfaction. When we had a problem with our newest Accord Jeff advocated for us and the issue was resolved to our satisfaction. We trust Jeff and we will be back to see him when we are next ready for a new Honda. Worked with Jon who came out to help me while I was checking out used cars on the lot. They didn't have what I was looking for so he sat down with me for at least 45 minutes to look online at what oth checking out used cars on the lot. When I decided to buy a new Honda, he never pressured me and made sure I knew everything about the process. He even took the time to email me multiple times during the day when I had questions about particular cars on the lot. If you go to Beaverton Honda, ask for Jon Stevens (AKA - Big Jon). He will treat you with respect and make sure that you get a good deal on your car. More
