At first, my partner and I didn't see anything we liked that we could afford. Then, Anthony and Ben put together a profile of our interests so they could keep a look out for it, if and when it arrived (which no other dealership had expressed interest in doing-showing us they do care about us and not just making a deal right then and there). In taking that extra step we actually came across something within 20 minutes (or less) that hadn't even been released to the lot yet. It turns out what they found was exactly what we wanted and could afford. With in this process we grew to respect and trust these gentlemen by the way they carried themselves. Both were very honest and straightforward making the purchase feel at ease and boosting our excitement. It feels great to not be worried about the car we’ve just purchased knowing we have a trust worthy dealership behind us who has our best interests at heart. I researched online and found what I thought would be a great car for me. I called the dealership a few minutes after closing and a manager answered and kindly rebooted his computer and reserved a test drive for me the next morning. That morning the manager (Randy?) introduced me to Larry B. who kindly showed me the car, we drove it and then he let me take if for errands that day to try it out. He and Linda A. worked with me on the price and interest rate and my trade in value, and I felt that they had my best interest at heart the whole time. The process was fair and efficient and very comfortable. They could not have been more professional and helpful. Later that week I brought my car in to install an accessory and I mentioned a noise in the front passenger door. Gerald VH in service quickly diagnosed the problem and even though I purchased the car used and "As Is", Beaverton Honda took care of it at no charge to me. This business is top notch! Matt was really helpful when I came in with my acura. I was advise by a coworker that he has his car serviced at Beaverton Honda by Matt and he was very satisfy. So I have to check it out. I have a problem with my Acura I wasnt sure if he can help me. But when I arrived I ask for Matt anyway because of how my coworker will not ask for anyone but him. He was on his lunch and I waited for like 15mins but it was worth it. When he came in to the room he was very friendly and very straight to the point. He make me feel I can trust him. I told him that my cars been making weird noises he ask if he can drive me car. When he came back he advice that my ball joint or something like that cause the problem and he also notice my brake was having squeaking and show me the price and ask if I want to have it fix. He notice he ask instead of telling me what I need to do very nice. I ask if I should do both, he said the ball joint or some thing for the wheel is needed is not safe, but he will check on it the brake since he going do the work for one thing. When he came back he he show me how bad my break was. It was down to the metal so I ask if is not to much to ask can he put new brake on it. With out a sigh he said sure and left with a smile. He amazed me by far from any of my many experience with others. I have been coming back to him for years. What ever he recommended I will have it done. He have never once fail me yet.
