I rarely write reviews but I has such a positive experience today that I wanted to share it. I took my Honda CR-V in for an oil change. This was my first time to this service department. You enter t experience today that I wanted to share it. I took my Honda CR-V in for an oil change. This was my first time to this service department. You enter the service area by driving into a carpeted garage area that has overhead heaters. It was warm, extremely clean and a welcoming environment. I was immediately greeted by a friendly employee who asked how he could help. I told him I had an appointment and he got a service representative to help me. Gerald was the service rep. He was also very friendly, courteous, a good listener and did a great job of walking me through my options and pricing. I decided to wait in the lobby while they changed the oil. The lobby was clean, the furniture was in good shape and they had good coffee options. When the car was ready I was pleasantly surprised that they washed the car as part of their service. Gerald walked me through the work they did and called another employee to bring me the car. The third person who delivered the car was also super friendly and courteous. Across the board every employee I encountered today was smiling, customer service oriented and created a very pleasant experience for me. Good job, Beaverton Honda! I will definitely recommend you to others. Keep up the good work. More

Ben Pierce made sure we had all of our questions answered, listened to what we wanted and helped guide us and Sebastian through the experience. Ryan Ellsworth handled the "paperwork" part of the process and was efficient, thorough and took the time to explain what each of the many many forms were. Plus, for the first time, in many car buying experiences, the "payment" agreed upon on the sales floor was not vastly different from what it was leaving the finance desk. Well done everyone! More

Juan answered my call and matched my offer from a previous dealership. I worked with Jake Wajdik and Randy Goodin and I couldn't be any happier with the whole process. I made my intitial inquiry using the web. Myke responded to my inquiry; demonstrating professionalism, a sense of urgency and great customer service skills. Myke and I sat down to review the options I was interested in. He suggested several vehicles to look at. Myke made the shopping experience pleasant by putting me at ease with his smile, friendly communication skills and non pressured sales presentation. Being a newly widowed woman making my first new car purchase on my own, I found what I thought would be a highly stressful situation a pleasant one. Myke also worked with me to negotiate all weather floor mats included in my sale and arranged to move the mobility crane from my 2007 CRV to my new car. I also received a repeat customer discount due to previous Honda purchases at Beaverton Honda. After the sale, I came in to return an additional set of keys to my trade in. Myke came to see the crane installation. I expressed a concern about the scooter catching on the lip of the floor tray in the rear of the vehicle. He rode down to the service center to arrange for the mat to be trimmed for easier loading of my scooter. It was taken care of quickly and I drove off a happy customer. I love my new CRV! I highly recommend Myke Thompson and Beaverton Honda when looking for a new vehicle. More
Myke has great knowledge of the Honda brand. I was interested in a vehicle that would comfortably accommodate my growing family and Myke helped me to make the right decision. While I wasn't initially interested in a minivan, Myke wanted to make sure I knew what he had to offer so that I could make an educated decision. From the engine to the third row seat, Myke provided a very thorough showing and even had me get in the very back of the van to see the amount of room available for different activities. He made sure the van was warmed up and he was never pushy. He was very accommodating to all my needs. He made sure I had a pleasurable experience and one that I would never forget. He was very good at his job and provided the kind of service that would keep a customer coming back over and over again. I'm very happy with the vehicle I purchased and appreciate his attention to detail during and after the purchasing process. Like many of his other customers, I will keep him in my phone book so that I can experience this kind of service again in the future and recommend him to others who need to be serviced as well.
