Good service and follow up. I felt they worked hard to earn my business and make sure I was happy with the car I ended up buying. I now have a beautiful car at a decent (not screaming great) price which earn my business and make sure I was happy with the car I ended up buying. The only thing I didn't like was how they made the 7-Year Certified Pre-Owned Warranty sound so amazing and valuable but when I got into the finance office to close, I discovered that all it really covers is manufacturer's defects. Then, feeling sort of betrayed, I went ahead and agreed to the $2,000 "Wrap Around Warranty" which I was told covered everything that might go wrong for the remaining 6 years of warranty. A few days later, I read the fine print and found a bunch of exclusions and loop holes big enough to drive my car through. (Caveat emptor: Buyer beware!) I feel that was misleading. The upside is that I called them and told them I wanted to cancel the Wrap Around Warranty without a cancellation charge and they said, "No problem." We filled out a form and that was it. The downside is that it can take up to 60 days for them to remove the $2,000 charge from my loan amount. Yes, I should have taken the time to read the fine print before signing my name, but I believe they have an obligation to honestly represent what it is I am signing. I am glad I read it within the 30 day grace period when I could still get out of the warranty. I feel Beaverton Honda should be more upfront about exactly what is covered under the warranties so there are no surprises at closing or when an unsuspecting customer brings their vehicle in for service when something is wrong thinking they paid for all this great coverage up front when that is not the case. No sugar coating just to make a sale, please! Just be straight with customers. More
I went to Beaverton Honda, because my husband and I had taken our car to another Honda dealer 3 times over the last few years to have the oil changed . At the same time, we asked them to check out the nois taken our car to another Honda dealer 3 times over the last few years to have the oil changed . At the same time, we asked them to check out the noise the engine was making. I was told 3 times that it was just normal engine noise. The noise was getting louder and louder so I decided to see if Beaverton Honda could find the problem. Within one hour, Jonah had located the problem and was able to have it repaired by the close of business. At no charge to me because there was a recall. He was great!! You are very lucky to have him working for Beaverton Honda. He really cared and I really appreciated that. I will never take my car anywhere else . I will tell everyone I know about the great experience and service I received. I will come to Beaverton Honda to buy my next car. That will have to be a little while thought, because now Jonah has my car purring like a cat. I can't thank him enough. Great Job!!! Joan Hodge More

Mr. Lopez does a consistently excellent job when I take my Honda Civic in for service. The facility is clean and well maintained. They wash and light vacuum the car for you as well which is awesome. We spent many, many hours with Jeff researching our options and he made spending extended time in a dealership extremely pleasant. He not only worked patiently with us to help fit the payments within our budget, he was able to find a few special incentives to throw in to make us feel great about buying two cars on a whim. He was extremely knowledgeable about the features of both cars, and a truly enjoyable person to spend several hours with. He checked in several times to make sure we were going at a pace that was comfortable for us which I really appreciated.
