I attempted to get to work every day of last years Snow-oppolis, and made it all but the last day when it was icy. However, the driving was a challenge to this California girl. I vowed then, that I would have a 4WD vehicle before the next winter. That being said, I am a "height-challenged" person, presently 4'11" and shrinking as I age. I was interested in the Honda CRV, it has an excellent safety rating, so my husband and I stopped at your dealership a couple of weeks ago to learn all about the vehicle. Sebastian answered every questions we could think of for over an hour. We heard about all the options, and estimated how much money it would cost. But I refrained from driving it, because I had not saved enough money yet. Well, I had to come last Saturday and see if "it fit". Met Mirna on her first day of work, and she took us for a test drive. It was a Heavenly vehicle, with everything a girl could hope for. It was an easy sell for Mirna, because Sebastian had answered all our questions already! We learned about her while we waited for the finance guys to work their magic, and two things occurred. She agreed to consider a career in nursing (both my husband and I are RNs) and she revealed it was her first day as a US Citizen. Congratulations to our new American!!! Since Mirna was new to this dealership, a young Tigard man named Kyle provided his expertise at getting the vehicle ready to roll. There was a little difficult getting my phone to hook to the blue tooth, and out came Big John - what a delight. If I could, I would have brought him home with me just to enjoy his soothing voice and calm demeanor. Oh, and I named my car "Azi". Yes, I name ALL my vehicles, doesn't everyone? It is after Linda Azrak, your young, bubbly "finance lady". You see, Azi's color is Mountain Air, which is a lovely shade of blue - and Azrak is Syrian for blue. Hence, I have nicknamed my blue car after Linda!! Thanks for the wonderful car buying experience - we will be back, and we will recommend you to everyone! I had never relished the experience of making a necessary purchase such as a car, I saw going to a dealer showroo I purchased a CRV LX through Jake W. I had never relished the experience of making a necessary purchase such as a car, I saw going to a dealer showroom as a necessary evil, and would only hope the time spent there would not be long...choose the car, HOPE there would be no haggling, sign the docs, and drive away in my new purchase. In Jake W. I found the 'initial vehicle sales phase' aspect of the of this experience refreshingly surprising, and pleasant. Jake was professional, NOT overbearing, and very easy to work with. Further, when I had questions or issues after the sale was complete, and I'd email him to express these concerns, he made every effort to contact me as soon as he could, by either telephone or email, and this he did on multiple occasions. With regard to my recommending Beaverton Honda, I seleted yes, SOLELY on the basis of my buying experience with Jake W. In my mind, he represents all the positive aspects of the meaning , 'customer service.' More

To remove some of the angst that normally would accompany buying a car - especially a used car - they provide a 5 day money back guarantee if for any reason you are not satisfied with the purchase. I suspect their efforts to make the vehicle as mechanically sound as they can, emboldens them with confidence that their sales will stay sold! In the experience my wife and I just had with the purchase of a used car, after a couple of days, the check engine light and anti-skid lights came on. Of course, this was cause for concern. When called, the dealership was immediate in their actions. They came to Vancouver to pick-up the car and brought it back to the shop to remedy all issues. Once done, they brought it back to our Vancouver home to relieve us of any burden. Can I recommend? You bet! More

Excellent service! I had a long list of items to have serviced on my Honda Odyssey. Jonah was very attentive and brought up a service recall that I was unaware of and ha I had a long list of items to have serviced on my Honda Odyssey. Jonah was very attentive and brought up a service recall that I was unaware of and had that fixed as well. Since the service time was going to take longer than I had, he offered me a complimentary rental car for the day! That really helped me out, while getting all the services completed in one day. He clearly explained all the services that were being done, the importance of each, gave me several discounts!!!, and kept me posted during the day of the progress on my vehicle. I can't thank Jonah enough for making this such a positive experience, saving me some money, and giving me the rental for the day! More

Beaverton Honda has outstanding customer service We've taken our 1999 Honda to be serviced at Beaverton Honda for 10 years (we purchased the car used). I am so impressed with this dealership. -Kayl We've taken our 1999 Honda to be serviced at Beaverton Honda for 10 years (we purchased the car used). I am so impressed with this dealership. -Kaylie who answers the phone at the service center assists in scheduling work on the car and calls and reminds me when service is due. She is courteous and professional and very knowledgeable. -There is always a parking lane open for me to drop off my car -Someone greets me immediately upon arriving (today it was Johah) -Explained to me what they will be doing on my car -they offer free transportation to and from the service center. -Always call me with an estimate and explanation of what the problem is and the costs associated. -I have found Beaverton Honda to be totally honest with me on what works needs to be done on my car and what can wait. And like I said, they work with me if I can not afford it by prioritizing what is urgent and what can wait. They don't charge me the usual estimation fee if it is a minimal issue and have even replaced tail lights at cost only. -They have been very generous with service on my car over the years - letting me know of any specials that are going on that will reduce our costs. -The folks who actually service the cars do outstanding work. I've never had to return because of something not done. These guys are behind the scenes but they are the nuts and bolts of this center. -Last year we needed an expense job done on our car that we just could not afford. Jonah talked to his manager and they spoke with Honda dealership of our situation and they deeply cut the work that needed to be done by charging us for parts only. The service work was free of charge. Because of the outstanding service at Beaverton Honda - I am inclined to purchase another Honda because I appreciate so much the customer service and amenities.
