The thing that I like the most at this Dealer is that whatever price they listed for the car, that's what the price they sold the car, No gimmick, No tricky, so you don't have to worry about over-pricing. The other dealerships were not nearly as personable, no one greeted us at the door and our so called "test drives" consisted of driving around a few blocks. I felt nervous and dreaded the thought of buying a new car. When my boyfriend and I walked into Bob Lanphere's Beaverton Honda, we were immediately greeted by David. He was warm, welcoming and funny but also asked a ton of questions in order to make sure he really knew my wants and my needs. He was also incredibly knowledgable and answered and addressed all of my questions and concerns. Within a matter of minutes I felt myself relax and shortly after I realized I was actually enjoying my car buying experience! I love my new car but I also throughly enjoyed the experience of buying it. More

I was difficult and they were patient! My car was totaled by a stop light runner, and I was not prepared to get another vehicle so quickly! Besides showing me two cars on their lot; two days later he even drove several miles away, willing to show us two vehicles at two separate locations. Once I thought I knew what I wanted and we were in the paperwork process; I still wasn't ready, but Mike was willing to take me back out to "Try On" a few more vehicles. During every moment throughout this whole experience, he was happy, smiling and becoming our friend! Yes, I finally did buy a vehicle through Mike. He's a keeper. :-) More

The rep that I worked with at Beaverton Honda is Freddy Ortega and he is very knowledgeable and was not at all impatient when I had to switch from the car that I originally was there to buy to another car (and almost a third one!). He explained the benefits of both vehicles and didn't pressure me in any way to buy one that was more expensive. The dealership building is very clean and attractive and all the people there are very friendly and helpful. I would recommend Bob Lamphere's Beaverton Honda to any folks that I know that are looking for a new and/or gently used car. Thanks again Freddy! btw, the trade in specialist there loves a mercury sable! lol :) thanks to him too! More
