I thought that the price of the model I desired would be out of my reach. Turns out the price was so reasonable and lower than anywhere else I had researched. Carlos answered all of my questions and told me so much about each of the vehicles I was considering. In the end, I purchased the perfect car for me needs and desires. The sales and financing process was easy and every step moved ahead without conflict or delays. I don't have perfect credit, and I am rebuilding my financial security, and the financial processors worked with me so that I was able to enter into an excellent financial agreement. USED CAR department needs revamp The 2013 Honda accord V-6 I purchased had a cracked windshield that should have been replaced BEFORE it was put online for sale. Although a small cra The 2013 Honda accord V-6 I purchased had a cracked windshield that should have been replaced BEFORE it was put online for sale. Although a small crack it could have been disastrous if left like it was. It was not just a simple crack as it was broken glass when you put your finger in it from the outside. I had to come back after the car was delivered with the new windshield, as the windshield washer hose was not attached under the cowling so I could not wash the windows. I do give a lot of credit to the salesman as being new and he did everything he could to make me happy, Tom even came to my home to do the paperwork which I really appreciated. I do not like being given less credit for being a woman and had to tell them to put floor mats on the carpet inside & not to make me wait until the following week as I had NO transportation . ALL THIS SHOULD HAVE BEEN DONE BEFORE being put UP for sale. I realize that no one goes to the expense of stocking merchandise anymore but I did find out that Tom did order the floor mats & picked them up himself, I am a former customer of Dick Hanna in Vancouver from 2002 when dealerships used to stock items. I also used Beaverton Honda for many years as my go to for service on my 2003 Honda Accord even when you were in the Old building. Please do something about your used auto department to make sure that the cars are actually ready to SELL & drive off the lot... no broken windows everything in COMPLETE working order floor mats in place and windshield washer hoses connected. DO NOT ADVERTISE ONLINE UNLESS THEY ARE READY TO GO! The personal at Beaverton Honda are exemplary in every way I just did not understand why this advertised used car was not ready to go. More

From the moment I stepped onto the Honda Beaverton Showroom property I have been treated with the utmost respect, patience and understanding from David Moreno. David’s style is to focus on the customer by asking pertinent questions, listening and then recalling accurately what has been said. He is a dream to work with because he is not telling me a bunch of blather about a particular car but focused on my story. He clearly understands my needs and is working “for me” while showing his genuine love for the Honda products. Mr. Moreno also has kept his commitments to me by following through by sending information I requested and then checking in to see what other questions he can help answer.
