This must be the operating procedure of Beaverton Honda now that they have moved to their beautiful location and have their "latte snack bar" and numerous large screen televisions. It is the "Honda Experience." My "Honda Experience" is one where little people run around with little ipads photographing your car and wasting precious time. I went in without an appointment because my driver side mirror had lost a screw and it was shaking. I was afraid it might fall off on my way home. Having dealt with Beaverton Honda for so many years, I was incorrect in assuming that they might help me with this problem since it was a danger. However, I was informed of the following: !. I needed to make an appointment 2. My car was 13 years old. 3. They don't carry that particular screw. 4. I will have to replace my side mirror to the tune of over $500.00 5. They could not go through 1000 screws to find the right one for me as it would be too time consuming. Now, we'll see if THIS review disappears. In that case, I will contact the Better Business Bureau. More

3rd Review - All Good Started day with visit to Honda with goal to visit NW Jeep & Kia afterwards to compare offers. Met with Mike McIntosh and ended up buying a 2016 CRV Started day with visit to Honda with goal to visit NW Jeep & Kia afterwards to compare offers. Met with Mike McIntosh and ended up buying a 2016 CRV EXL instead. Mike was courteous, knowledgeable and most important - very patient with seniors who had researched the CRV and requested comparisons of the available models, features and pricing. He also listened to our concerns regarding safety, access, value and net cost after trading in our Jeep Grand Cherokee. At no time did he ever try to pressure us and we felt comfortable with completing all of the financial documents with him. We will review our new CRV after we have had time driving and experiencing what it has to offer. So far I am loving the ease of loading and unloading my groceries! Renewed my faith in men........Car Sales Men that is! I've always been a self sufficient, independent working class woman. I have alone had to make decisions and buy my own vehicles.Although I do research I've always been a self sufficient, independent working class woman. I have alone had to make decisions and buy my own vehicles.Although I do research to try and prepare myself to make the right decisions in car buying, My car buying experiences have always been the worst decisions of my life. I do take responsibility and try to be smart about purchases, but when I deal with slimeball lying sales men research didn't matter. Just completed paying off the finance company for the last lemon I bought, October 2016 I rejoiced in not having a car payment, that lasted one day as the next day the car broke down once again. This vehicle has caused me near financial ruin and my anxiety about car buying was extreme, I literally was shaking as I walked in to Beaverton Honda dreading what they would say or mainly NOT say truthfully. To say the experience was the greatest is an understatement. Thank you Mike McIntosh for being a genuine, honest, respectable man and for holding my hand, helping me when I needed it the most. Beaverton Honda is the place to go to learn the long lost old fashion values are not extinct. I'm in your debt. Thank you! More

Amazing This was my first time buying a car but i had heard from my parents that the worst part about going was the annoying sellers trying to sell you are ca This was my first time buying a car but i had heard from my parents that the worst part about going was the annoying sellers trying to sell you are car for more than you can afford. Beaverton Honda is nothing like that. They already have the lowest price, they helped me stay as close to my price range as possible and wanted to make sure I left happy. They succeeded! I bought a Honda Civic and I love it. Mike M. even set me up with a warranty for a low price that was extremely comforting. I felt comfortable being there and he along with the Micheal C. were amazing. My dad even thinks he'll be back to buy a new van for my mom in the future. Thank you Beaverton Honda! More
