Honest review of my first time car buying experience I bought a brand new Honda Accord 2017 SE Sport on Jan 1,2017. My sales associate was Micheal Cepeda. He was new on his job, but was very polite and h I bought a brand new Honda Accord 2017 SE Sport on Jan 1,2017. My sales associate was Micheal Cepeda. He was new on his job, but was very polite and helpful. After running my credit, I got selected for the lowest rate they were offering. However, the rate was different when I signed the paperwork. I did not check the paperwork because I trusted the associates and signed blindly. I was not informed that the rate was changed. I came to know only on Fri Jan 20th 2017. I contact Micheal and he asked me to come back to the office and he will ask his manager to solve the issue. I went back with my spouse to the office to meet the manager. Danny Lucero was the sales manager I met. He comes to me saying , " I m so much over this". He was very rude. He did not give me a chance to explain my situation but was accusing me of wrong doing. I was not being treated respectfully neither my concerns were heard. I know I made a mistake by signing the documents, and I was there to ask for a solution. My first time car buying experience was runied by this guy. I send an email to the GM and it was forwarded to Linda Azrak next day. Linda was incredibly helpful and offered me to resolve the issue. She revised my contract and got what I was looking for. My take of this overall experience is that Beaverton Honda provided me the solution and helped me only after I reached the GM. I would highly recommend reading the review of sales associate or manager before dealing with them. The wow experience can be easily ruined by a manager like Danny Lucero. More

Problem Immediately Addressed Recently, I dropped into Honda to have my passenger side mirror fixed and was told I would have to replace the entire mirror to the tune of $500.00. Recently, I dropped into Honda to have my passenger side mirror fixed and was told I would have to replace the entire mirror to the tune of $500.00. It was missing a screw and shook when I was driving. After placing a complaint, Matt contacted me shortly and resolved the issue by ordering a new part and using the screw in the new part. Needless to say, I was very grateful for his creativity and thoughtfulness. He was so polite and kept in contact with me through the whole process....supervising the ordering and fixing of my car. He went beyond the extra mile. He went an extra hundred miles and HE MADE MY DAY! Thank you, Matt, for being so polite and so helpful. I have been a long time customer of Beaverton Honda and certainly will continue to be, thanks to Matt. More

Mike met me at the Beaverton Transit Center so I wouldn't have to walk. He was very helpful in answering my questions about the Honda CR-V I had my heart set on. Having read reviews of the dealership previously, I knew I didn't need to haggle over price, etc. My only complaint is that there wasn't a spare key available for the car I bought, and I was hoping they would make an extra one for free. They did not. Other than that it was a great experience! More

Car Shopping lead to New Car Purhase We are very happy and satisfied customers with our business dealing with Mike. Mike provided great customer service from the beginning all the way to the end. He was very patient with us especially when were undecided between the Honda CRV and Honda HRV. Mike was even accommodating enough to let us have a lunch break to finalize our decisions. Albeit it was the longest transaction, we felt that we left the dealership happy with our purchase and not feeling rushed. In fact, he showed us side by side comparison of the 2 vehicles and answered all the questions we had with professionalism. Our biggest concern walking in the dealership was pushy and aggressive car salesperson which we experienced the day before at a different location. We were both glad that Mike never displayed any pushiness and that he understood that we wanted a vehicle that fits our budget. Mike further showed excellent customer service when we came in on 01/16/17 to pick up our rear seat cover, he told us that he would call if it arrives sooner and even offered to drop it off at our place. Mike didn't had to do that and we appreciate his effort to provide customer service above and beyond what is expected of him. No Pressure Great Experience I had a great second experience at Beaverton Honda. I needed to replace my 2002 CRV I had previously purchased here and just like the first time the entire process was smooth and easy. Mike McIntosh took the time to show me multiple vehicles and he was able to answer all of my questions with a positive and supportive attitude. I ended up with a replacement CRV that exceeded all of my expectations and at a great price. I would definitely recommend him and plan to come back the next time I buy a car. More
