John, Our service director, Andy Plunkett, has reached out to your wife regarding your concerns. He has tried to talk to you as well but hasn't been able to. The measurements from the prior visits you've made to our service department shows the progression of wear on the brake pads. We always show our customers the recommendations we have for their vehicles based on the severity of the problem, and whether it's a safety issue. We can assure you that we did not, and would never install worn pads on a customer's vehicle. That would be extremely negligent and dangerous, and we genuinely care for our customers' safety. We're very sorry that it seemed we were dishonest with you in some way, but we were just trying to help you take care of your vehicle. Thank you for your review. During our tire inspections and rotations, we do not remove the tires from the wheels; that only happens during a tire replacement. We let you know at your visit here with us that your tires were two different sizes and very worn out; we did not remove or replace any of your tires. It sounds like you went back to Firestone and had your tires taken care of, but our service manager who was on the phone with you while you were at Firestone, said the call was dropped, and he tried calling you back but could not get in touch with you.
