I went from stressed to very happy in a short amount of time I purchased a new Honda CRV after having spent some time researching cars online. Even after I did my research and narrowed down my selection I was st I purchased a new Honda CRV after having spent some time researching cars online. Even after I did my research and narrowed down my selection I was still really stressed about the whole process of getting a fair price and finding a dealership that was not going to push a bunch of stuff that I did not want. I took the plunge and contacted multiple dealerships online and got varying responses. Some responses were very frustrating and not direct in answering my questions. In contrast, the response I got back from David Moreno from Beaverton Honda was clear and and accurate the first time. I continued to talk with with some of the other dealers, but time and again I got straight answers and I was really happy with the deal David Moreno gave right up front. I won't name the other dealerships or sales people, however I will be happy to tell others about the deal and treatment I got from Beaverton Honda. Two other points that you might find useful. (1) It was really nice starting the process online and then going into the dealership and working with the exact same person. (2) I was told I would be able to work with just one person from start to finish and that is exactly what happened. I was so glad that I was not handed off to someone else for any part of the process. More

This last time that we went in which was 2 weeks ago, we undoubtedly had the best experience. We went in with the intention to buy our vehicle seeking to refinance and we accomplished that in tops of 1 hour. The wait was not long and our need was filled. Both were incredibly friendly and in no way overbearing. They answered all my questions, walked me through the process with simple explanations and made it a great buying experience. I called on the availability of the car I was looking at prior to coming in. They had it pulled out and waiting. Best Car Shopping Experience Ever We were in the market to trade our late model Toyota Tundra for something smaller and more affordable. We saw some great options online and after I s We were in the market to trade our late model Toyota Tundra for something smaller and more affordable. We saw some great options online and after I sent in a query, the internet sales guy, Curran, reached out to me without being bothersome. We were able to get some preliminary numbers that looked good and so we stopped by and started working with Pete. Pete is fantastic to work with and he patiently showed us a number of vehicles that might fit our needs. We weren't able to find anything that evening but we had a better idea of what we wanted overall. In the end, the we found the best fit for our needs/budget at another dealer, but Beaverton Honda was willing to honor their trade offer whether or not we purchased from them. Freddy was professional and a pleasure to work with in completing that transaction. That was a huge surprise and made us lifelong customers of Beaverton Honda. Any dealer that is willing to help the customer end up with the right vehicle - even if it's not from them - is one I want to do business with in the future. More

Once they messed up with my Odyssey, lots of trash in the car and they play with my dash cam, GPS, Radar Detector and my other things. Today 11/30/2017 I called them asking what is the color of the Reverse Backup Wire under the dash in 2000 Honda CRV? Is it GRN/WHT? They can ask their tech or print out for me the wiring diagram. I chat with Becca from customer care she cannot help unless i schedule a diagnostic appointment and pay for it. Then I spoke with Amanda Ball the Service Manager on the phone and she also will not answer my question unless I schedule a diagnostic appointment and pay for it. Then when I spoke on the speakerphone with Andy Plunkett the Parts & Service Director together with Tim Nelson the General Manager; Andy said will not give me information for free, that information is copyright and will not release it unless I pay. I spoke to Tim and he added that he does not care about the review that I will post and he wants me to make sure that I will spell his name and the others correctly in my review. Honda Beaverton is the worse in customer’s services and will try to take my business somewhere else. Becca said she cannot help me in that but she can schedule me in for a diagnosis appointment.
