He listened to our questions, was very knowledgeable about the CR-V we purchased, and was overall a pleasure to work with. While forgetting our title to our trade-in at home (ok, I actually ended up having lost it), Brian was not only understanding, but he sent my wife, two kids, and I home while he finished up with all the paperwork, made sure it was all fueled and washed up, and then DELIVERED IT TO OUR DRIVEWAY to show us how to use it all!!! If I could give more than 5 stars for this above and beyond service I would. Thank you, Brian! More

She also couldn't figure out that I purchased tires there (?). Phone scheduling offered me a spot Wednesday when they open at 7 am but said that the tire changeover (normally about 45 minutes max at a tire service center) would require me to leave my car for a minimum of 3 hours. I know the drill: one drives in and "checks in, then waits until some later time when they have time to work on the car. I asked whether if I arrived early they would just service my car at the appointed time. No luck. More

AMAZING Experience! Let me start by saying this was one of the BEST car buying experiences I have had. This purchase was #38 for me and my wife (yes I have a problem), so Let me start by saying this was one of the BEST car buying experiences I have had. This purchase was #38 for me and my wife (yes I have a problem), so I have done this dance a few times before. We ended up at Beaverton Honda after a VERY bad experience at another Honda dealer (I learned you can't trust review every time). Once I called Beaverton Honda and asked if they had the Pilot we were looking for, I knew I had made the right choice in calling. Upon arriving at the dealer, Brandon was a professional, knowledgeable, and engaging sales person. Making sure this was the right car for us. He knew that we had a bad experience and was quick to make sure the this was not that. We had great conversation and in the end we drove off with our new Pilot!!!
