Kalea made the process easy- was available when I had questions but let me set to pace. I took a few weeks to make my decision and had looked into a discounted program I was eligible for through another Honda dealerships in the area, but they did the classic “the car you want at our lot happens to have an extra $1000 in upgrades” (none of which were appealing to me). I got half a dozen calls and countless texts from the other dealer in a single day. At Bob’s the single price and ability to select only the upgrades I wanted was refreshing. They gave a great deal on my trade-in. In the end, I walked away with exactly the car I wanted- at less than I had expected to pay! I would definitely recommend this place. More

We were up front about wanting a quick and painless buying experience, and they delivered, putting minimal pressure on us as far as upselling went (which I highly appreciated). He came in on a day off and walked us through options and was interested in getting us in the right car, instead of getting us in the most expensive car. Calmly walked use through service and vehicle options that made sense for us. We didn't feel at any point like he was pressuring us into stuff we didn't need. Would definitely go to Melvin in the future for new car purchases. More

I was able to negotiate a fair price via email, David sent a complete summary of charges, and when I went in to complete the deal there were no surprises, gimmicks or games. Everything was exactly as we agreed to ahead of time, and I worked directly with David from the moment I stepped into the dealership until I drove off with my new Civic Hatchback. He even gave me a tutorial on how to operate all the fancy-pants features on the car. I can't say enough about the experience. Hands down the best car shopping of my life. No pressure, just fantastic customer service. More

Avoid This Dealer It's just a generic car, buy it somewhere where they treat their customers better. Sales is unresponsive to warranty related emails, service does not communicate well. Service overcharged my wife after I confirmed a repair quote. This is currently in dispute. A complaint has been filed with the BBB. Details: Used vehicle was delivered to customer low on fluids, mis-aimed headlight, burnt out taillight, burnt out license plate light, tires including spare under-inflated by over 10 psi, two door lock actuators are failing. There is no dealer that should deliver a car in this condition used or not, cheap or not. Most of these items were fixed for free (some remain unresolved), however since sales never responded, I was never sure they were going to be fixed nor if it would cost us anything. My local mechanic also identified some other items which the dealer claims are working as designed (they aren't and it doesn't take a mechanic to diagnose these things - worn struts, serpentine belt tensioner noise, failing actuators.) After speaking with the service manager about their poor delivery of the car, I felt that we may have repaired our relationship despite sales still never having answered an email. Turns out I was wrong. I take the car in for service and they pull a bit of a bait and switch on us, I'm quoted one price, my wife is told it'll be done at the quoted price but never given an actual number, the actual number ends up almost 20% higher than I was quoted. Weekend service manager essentially calls me or my wife a liar. Won't bother talking to his 2 employees who quoted me the lower price, claims he was standing there when my wife was quoted the price. She never was. This is now me calling him a liar. They won't refund us the money. EDIT, they did refund the money but they still earn a 1 star for throwing the price dispute onto the ongoing problems. Needless to say, they will never touch our car again and I will never purchase another vehicle from them or recommend them to anyone except for the nice person at the parts counter. More

We did A LOT of shopping around, test driving most major manufacturers small SUV's and we found that the Honda CR-V Belinda was so great to work with! We did A LOT of shopping around, test driving most major manufacturers small SUV's and we found that the Honda CR-V was the best and most well rounded vehicle. And out of all of the sales people we worked with, Belinda was by far the best! She knew that vehicle like the back of her hand and did a great job explaining all of the little details and features. You could tell throughout the experience that she really cared about finding you what you were looking for and getting you a good deal. She explored some different financing options with us that were really helpful in making our decision. Lastly, we got free coffee and a cookie on a freezing day, so that pretty much topped it off! I would 10/10 recommend Belinda and Bob Lanphere's Beaverton Honda to anyone looking out there. More
